  We are on the first floor and face south---we LOVE the planters and the landscaping you provided in them last year. Whoever did the planting did a FANTASTIC job--such beautiful plants, really enhanced our enjoyment of our patio. (One of the reasons we chose the apartment was the large, south-facing patio.) Everyone on staff has been friendly, responsive, and helpful---Ama and Kristen, in particular, have always been professional, personable, responsive, and friendly. Maintenance staff have been timely and responsive when we have needed service. We do find frustrations with the package delivery system, LuxerOne. Sometimes we have received messages saying we have packages when we haven't. The system is not always clear. Using our phone app to access the building from outside works well. Accessing our apartment door at times, though, is glitchy---the door doesn't always respond as expected. The app also seems to have arbitrary updates that limit its use. A great upgrade to all of the apartments would be to install garbage disposals in all of the kitchen sinks. A printer, scanner, copier, and shredder would be good additions to the office/conference room space. That's all for now! Thanks for listening.

  So small than all other around ☹️ Very slow in maintenance response and the app is not working it is just decoration you will need to contact the office or send email to the manager I left the apartment in a perfect condition, they have charged me all deposits and after i received a bill of $708 they said for curtain straps was fallen To be fair I gave 2 stars because there are many good restaurants around 🤗

  Ama is an outstanding leasing manager who consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does. Even on her busiest days, she takes the time to check on details like mail, ensure residents are supported, and provide thoughtful, welcoming tours. She always greets people with a genuine smile and creates a positive experience no matter how demanding the day may be. Her willingness to help, strong work ethic, and dedication to both the team and residents truly set her apart. The management team is incredibly fortunate to have someone as reliable, professional, and caring as Ama.
