The maintenance technician yelled at me about my heat continuously shutting off, even though it wasn't something I caused. Beth, on the other hand, often ignored my emails and phone calls. She also never followed through on her promise to discuss my move-out with me. Instead, my balance was sent to collections without that conversation, which almost ruined my credit score. While I appreciated the apartment itself, the poor communication and customer service made my overall experience a negative one.
