  Nice area but useless office employees. I was late on my rent because rent cafe and yes personal stuff but agreed to pay late fees. My rent cafe is not working have been asking for help but nothing no one knows how it works they are not trained well. Any way since my rent cafe dosent work!!!!! I had to get a cashiers check and guess what !? They lost it !! Now I have to got to court because of them which I have no one to blame because no one is in the office and no one is trained to help. Well I guess WELCOME TO RENEW!!! 😅

  I am writing to formally express concerns regarding ongoing safety, security, and sanitation issues at ReNew Apartments in Eden Prairie. Residents have reported repeated package thefts and concerning after-hours activity involving a former employee who is still frequently seen on the property. While I cannot independently verify every reported incident, these ongoing concerns have contributed to growing unease among residents regarding overall building security. Additionally, many residents have observed exterior doors being propped open and entry points being tampered with, allowing unrestricted access to the building. There are also concerns regarding possible unauthorized occupants residing in certain units. As a result, many residents no longer feel secure in the building. There are also ongoing sanitation concerns, including trash being left in hallways and reports of pests in common areas. Residents are worried these conditions may worsen if not addressed promptly. Multiple concerns similar to these have reportedly been brought to management’s attention over time, but many residents feel there has been insufficient communication regarding corrective action or long-term solutions. At the same time, I would like to acknowledge the efforts of the maintenance staff. In our experience, maintenance requests have consistently received prompt turnaround times, and the maintenance team appears to be doing the best they can under difficult and ongoing circumstances. The concerns raised in this letter appear to reflect broader property management, security, and operational issues rather than the efforts of individual maintenance personnel. I respectfully request that management provide residents with a clear plan to address building security, sanitation concerns, and lease enforcement moving forward. Note: The following pictures represent only one section of the property. Other floors appear to be in similar or worse condition. Thank you for your time and attention.

  Scheduled an appointment to tour online a few days in advance and confirmed via the text messages I was sent that I was going to be there. Showed up and current residents had to show me how to get to the leasing office because it was in such an odd location. It appears that the leasing office is just an apartment that they gutted for that purpose. The elevator ride up was smelly and dirty (garbage on the ground and unknown dried substances on the elevator walls. I got to the leasing office to find that nobody was there and it was locked. Waited a few minutes thinking maybe they were just running a couple minutes behind with another tour. I texted their number letting them know I was there thinking maybe it would forward to their work cell phone and that they probably wouldn’t answer a call. After being told via that phone number to wait a few more minutes I am told to reschedule. I was informed by another employee that she had “stepped out for a cup of coffee.” I find it incredibly disrespectful of my time that the leasing agent decided that an appointment time was as good as any to go get a cup of coffee. At least have the decency to cancel my appointment ahead of time if you’re not going to be there. I then got a call back from “Marissa” trying to tell me that our appointment was scheduled for noon, although I have multiple text messages and emails confirming for 10:50 AM. Embarrassing that a working professional can’t either communicate that they won’t be able to make the appointment or just simply show up on time.

  My family and I really enjoyed our time here. The location is super convenient and we loved the swimming pool and beach area to hang out with the family! Caleb is an amazing manager than has always communicated quickly with us whenever we needed help. Also appreciated all the help Jermey was when we needed maintenance done in our unit. Thank you Renew Team!
