- JDjoe deitzApr 9, 20261.0If you don’t need anything fixed when it breaks this place is for you. Management rarely on site relies on corporate for almost all interactions. Don’t expect things quickly- managers change more than the weather. Maintenance crashed a golf cart into my parked car (which means they are parking in no parking zone) it has been a 2 month ordeal trying to get their insurance information

The maintenance team was always quick to respond and very reliable, which made day-to-day living stress-free. The leasing office staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. A special thanks to Ricardo, who supported us throughout our entire stay—he was always approachable and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly enjoyed my time here.

They resolve problem in Like blink of an eye. I love to stay at my apartment. Apartments are very safe and clean. They clean the snow very quickly and also have recycled bins available, which is a plus one. I have just a couple of concerns, like the small size of the dishwasher and cabinets, which seems very old and not maintained.

After a complete lack of communication I was frustrated and she began mimicking me. Complete lack of professionalism, and childish behavior. The need to hire more qualified people to work here.
