- AFanna freemanJul 21, 20261.0I've enjoyed living here in many ways, but the lease renewal process has been extremely disappointing. Every time my lease comes up for renewal, the rent increase is far beyond what seems reasonable. It feels like long term residents are being priced out instead of being valued for their loyalty. What makes it even more frustrating is that these significant rent increases aren't matched by meaningful improvements. There have been little to no updates made to the units, and only minimal changes to the property as a whole, yet residents are expected to pay substantially more each time they renew. It's difficult to understand what justifies these increases when the living experience remains essentially the same. While we are up for lease renewal, there is another apartment that is on the same floor and same layout and it is cheaper than our new rent price. Their only suggestion was to move into that unit rather than lowering our rent to match that price.

Don’t expect things quickly- managers change more than the weather. Maintenance crashed a golf cart into my parked car (which means they are parking in no parking zone) it has been a 2 month ordeal trying to get their insurance information
