  This is a great place to live! Rhiley at the front desk is the best. She is so helpful, caring, and goes above and beyond for the residents! Would recommend this place to anyone!

  Me and management here have gotten into it a couple times, but I do have to admit this place is run very well and you can tell they care. Coffee machine is always stocked, package room is organized, common areas look great and the events they throw have thought put into them. Thanks Ann and team.

  I don't recommend that anyone live here while Anne is the “community” manager. She's human, but she’s unprofessional and not knowledgeable about different cultures. She's the person with short white hair. She calls herself petty, and it really shows through her actions. I preferred Martin over her. She closed the pool exit door with a lock, what happens in a case of emergency? The fob door won’t let you in and the exit door to the stairs are chained up. Anne or her boss will most likely say, “We’re just following policy and procedures.” Ya okay, don’t let a lawsuit take you out. They also stopped paying for our water bill and increased rent (I know this is happening everywhere) but we haven’t gotten anything in quality back besides a petty community manager.

  I would not recommend living here, the apartment itself is very nice and clean! However there is no space from floor to floor, you will hear everything your upstairs neighbor does. Ours was incredibly rude and OBESSIVELY loud 24/27, and we never received an inch of help from management- felt completely ignored (even with proof, and even having to go on meds to help me sleep at night) Neighbors would get louder when you reported them because management had to reach out to them but it never once stopped them from being loud and obnoxious and I doubt they ever got in trouble once for lease violations that states excessive noise is not considered "normal" I have slept like a BABY in my new house, skip this apartment complex if you value your sleep schedule and living in a quiet home. Dave the maintance guy and however we was ALWAYS amazing and we do wish we had someone like him again but that is my only highlight of the property.
