  Living at The Flats of Cedar Grove has truly been a wonderful experience for my family. Since moving in, we’ve seen so many thoughtful improvements and fun community events that have brought our apartment neighborhood together in the best way. Management has done an amazing job turning this community into a place that feels more like a family. We’ve enjoyed everything from local neighbors arts-and-crafts showcases to the ice cream pool party (where the local fire department showed up—and I even won points for rides at the Mall of America!). One of our favorite memories was the end‑of‑year pup pool party. Management also creates ongoing activities like building-wide puzzles and holiday games like Elf on the Shelf. These touches make living here feel warm, welcoming, and connected. The staff has taken incredibly good care of us. When our air conditioner went out during a stretch of poor air quality and record-breaking heat, they immediately placed us in a temporary apartment so I could continue working from home safely with my toddler. That level of care means so much. The apartments themselves are beautiful with crown molding, tall ceilings, wide doorways, nicely painted rooms, and big closets give our home such a cozy, elevated feel. The dogs are leashed, and pet areas are clean. Management listens to feedback and actually implements changes, which is refreshing. We also love the location. It’s wonderfully quiet at night, and you can hear critters by the pond. There are great nearby parks, quick access to the Mall of America, and river bike trails just down the street, which my husband and I use all the time with our e-bikes. The party room is another huge bonus, management prorates rental prices depending on date and time, making it easy and affordable for us to host large family gatherings. And every evening, the sunset over the riverbed near 35E and Cedar is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend The Flats of Cedar Grove to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed, peaceful place to call home. We love living here!

  This is a great place to live! Rhiley at the front desk is the best. She is so helpful, caring, and goes above and beyond for the residents! Would recommend this place to anyone!

  Me and management here have gotten into it a couple times, but I do have to admit this place is run very well and you can tell they care. Coffee machine is always stocked, package room is organized, common areas look great and the events they throw have thought put into them. Thanks Ann and team.

  I don't recommend that anyone live here while Anne is the “community” manager. She's human, but she’s unprofessional and not knowledgeable about different cultures. She's the person with short white hair. She calls herself petty, and it really shows through her actions. I preferred Martin over her. She closed the pool exit door with a lock, what happens in a case of emergency? The fob door won’t let you in and the exit door to the stairs are chained up. Anne or her boss will most likely say, “We’re just following policy and procedures.” Ya okay, don’t let a lawsuit take you out. They also stopped paying for our water bill and increased rent (I know this is happening everywhere) but we haven’t gotten anything in quality back besides a petty community manager.
