  I have lived at Eagan Place Apartments for seven years, and unfortunately, I no longer feel safe or comfortable living here. I recently experienced what I believe was an unfair and extremely frustrating towing situation. My vehicle had a valid parking permit displayed and was parked in what I believed was an appropriate resident parking spot. Despite this, my vehicle was towed without any warning or notification. I am now being forced to pay approximately $350 to retrieve my vehicle, in addition to potentially missing a day of work. I contacted management immediately with an urgent request for help, but I received no meaningful response or assistance. I was also not given a clear explanation for why my vehicle was towed. The towing company, Captain Towing in Burnsville, MN, also did not appear to have the proper paperwork available when I contacted them, which made the situation even more concerning. After living here for seven years, I am extremely disappointed with the way residents are being treated. In my experience, the apartment itself has not been well maintained, and the management has not been responsive or professional when residents need assistance. The management does not feel resident-focused or accountable. This experience has made me seriously question whether this is a place where residents can feel secure and respected. I would encourage anyone considering moving to Eagan Place Apartments to do their research, speak with current residents, and carefully consider these issues before signing a lease.

  Extremely disappointing experience with Eagan Place Apartments and management! My experience with Eagan Place Apartments, particularly Tiffany Sanchelli and Dave G, was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At the beginning, there was significant pressure to move forward with renting the apartment. After we had already submitted our information and paid the required $500 deposit, we were later required to pay an additional one-month conditional deposit. I was given the option to either accept that additional requirement or cancel the application. What concerned me even more was how the application process was handled afterward. Without my consent, the process appeared to expand into contacting or attempting to verify information related to my employment/work situation. I was also asked for personal communications and work-related emails between myself and my employer, despite the fact that I was not the primary applicant/resident they were dealing with. I repeatedly communicated directly with Dave G. and provided information and sources explaining my situation. Instead of addressing my concerns directly, I felt that the process continued to move forward in ways I had not authorized. My interaction with Tiffany was particularly frustrating. Rather than simply addressing the questions and concerns I raised, she attempted to explain to me what my rights were and how far the property could go with the process, despite me having already communicated my concerns and provided supporting information. The biggest issue was the lack of clear communication and respect for boundaries. If additional verification or documentation is required, that should be clearly explained before moving forward, and applicants should understand exactly what information is being requested, why it is needed, and who has authorized the request. Ultimately, I decided that I was no longer comfortable continuing with the application. The entire experience left me feeling pressured rather than respected as a prospective resident. I would strongly recommend that prospective renters carefully document their communications, understand exactly what they are agreeing to, and ask for clarification in writing before providing additional personal or employment information.

  My Maintenance Request was verbally Cancelled in the rental office the next day by Richard. The female receptionist could not find my original Request on her computer. Then, 3 days after my original Maintenance Request was made, Christina showed up at our apartment to fix our living room shades. I explained the mixup to Christina and I apologized to her.

  Ashley was absolutely amazing! She literally went above and beyond for me and she didn't have to and I'm so grateful for her. She's always so nice and smiling and helpful- such an amazing person
