  Have you ever dreamt of a place you lived in, but had moved away from you that you loved so much?! Well I did. I loved this place so much I moved back. A fresh new start for me after years of being gone and traveling and going through some personal stuff, well why not go to a place that makes you happy and a place that when you wake up in the morning to see the Eastern sun shine through your window made you smile and you're just happy to be there. Best of all in the evening at sunset, having that sun come through your kitchen as you're preparing dinner to go and sit out on your balcony sipping a cup of tea as the sun goes down enjoying the night air, well It can't get any better than that, so why not move back, among many other reasons why. I mean the wood burning fireplace in my unit definitely also helped as well too give a nice little push in the right direction lol! How many people can say they have a wood burning fireplace in their living room in the winter time, yes I said that I'm going to say it again real wood burning fireplace ( 3rd floor units only let me be clear) two balconies one out of your living room in one out of your kitchen. Not to mention the last time I was here so many upgrades that you'll just have to ask those that used to live here before what's the difference I know I will surely shocked. Overall the property itself speaks for itself on beauty and how well the upkeep is the management staff the maintenance staff I will even say everything isn't upgrade from the last time I was here and I couldn't be more pleased and happy to be back on The Ridge, and if you know you know! And if you don't well then I guess you got to come check out The Ridge for yourself. See you soon neighbor!

  Best apartment complex my wife or I have every lived in. The location is super convenient, close to restaurants, grocery stores, 77 or 35E. The apartments are in great condition, spacious and rent is competitive. The most impressive part, the staff are on top of everything. Very communicative with complex announcements and the maintenance staff are quick to respond and get things taken care of. From every day preventative maintenance things (they do preventative maintenance checks throughout the year and take care of things they find) to replacing a water heater within a day of us submitting the issue (shout out to DJ). Can't recommend Cinnamon Ridge enough. We'll be looking for a house soon, but we aren't in a huge rush because we are so satisfied at the apartment.

  Overall, my experience living here has been very positive. The neighbors are wonderful, the maintenance team is efficient and responsive, and most of the leasing staff have been friendly and helpful. I understand and respect the rule about not eating in the pool area, so I took my children and visitors into the community room to eat instead. While we were there, my youngest was crying, but the other children were simply talking and eating. A leasing agent came in and asked us to be quiet because it was during business hours. From my perspective, we were not being disruptive or causing a disturbance. It’s also a community room. Maybe there should be clear signage if there is a noise policy during businesses hours that I’m unaware of. The interaction made my family feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I even offered to close the community room door to help reduce any noise, but she declined. There was also an office door that could have been closed if the noise was truly an issue. Although this was an isolated incident, it left us with a negative impression and took away from what has otherwise been a great experience living here
