  Horrible experience with Kelly. Tried entering our apartment with no notice, which wasn’t the first time that’s happened.

  Horrible management on the W second street complexes, gave us no choice but to move because of our dog who never caused problems, we have signed doctors notes saying she is an ESA and we applied for reasonable accommodation. Towards the end we got sick of fighting and decided to just move due to other issues with the management such as numerous extreme privacy issues. They’d schedule people to do maintenance without any notice, they scheduled a showing of our apartment without notice and when we told them to leave they insisted on showing the apartment when I literally wasn’t even clothed and we were packing, took about 5 times saying no for them to leave

  Mangment for munger Terrace by Kimberly is always prompt to respond lending helpful hand. She help make tasks and paperwork a breeze.

  We've lived here for a year going on two. The neighbors are nice and management is always professional and genuine. If we have something that needs replacing they're ontop of it, something needs to be fixed they fix it. Walkways are always shoveled and salted in the winter. A very nice community.
