  If you have any other option, do not live here. The place is TERRIBLY and IRRESPONSIBLY run. When we moved in, our carpet was covered in blood and oil stains. They said they would replace it as soon as they can. It was not replaced for over FOUR MONTHS. We were also told that they would take care of moving our stuff, that was a lie. We had to carve out time during the week to move everything into bedrooms and then move everything back to the living room. WORST OF ALL, it is dangerous in the winter. They do not salt any roads ever. I have counted over 15 accidents within the complex due to lack of salt. Today, there was 6. It was so bad that a tow truck slid 10 feet sideways down a hill into a parked truck when trying to reach another accident that happened due to lack of salt. At the bottom of the hill exiting the complex, there was a 5 car pile up because they did not salt. The head of maintenance came to help and told me that it was salted recently, an absolute and total lie. No one was able to get out to get to class, work, etc. We have gone sometimes a week without using sidewalks cuz they just don’t clear them. It is dangerous and irresponsible, and they honestly should be sued for negligence.

  I've now lived in two different apartment buildings here at Summit Ridge/ Boulder Ridge since 2022- in both cases I worked with the outgoing tenants to take over the remainder of their leases / vetted by apartment management. There have been some challenges experienced with the current unit in that I was unable to move into the original promised transfer apartment due to circumstances understood to have been beyond management's control - however management found another apartment option - for which I'm thankful - however it has dark floors and is on a first floor with no patio - so i anticipate again requesting a transfer to a unit with more light / a patio. Communication has generally been good, although my boyfriend and I have had some struggles with the required online rent payment system - however we have received help with this and now appear to have resolved this issue. In general both apartment buildings have been well maintained and reasonably quiet. Thank you for reading.
