sitter from rover here. got my car booted after being in the parking lot for 15 minutes and waited over 40 for them to come take it off. was a $150 fee but they bumped to to $100 (gee, thanks). visitor lot is across the road, about a 15 minute walk. prepare ahead of time for this inconvenience if you plan on visiting anyone that lives in these buildings.

Fine apartments, but just know you'll never get your full deposit back and it takes months to get to you.

Don’t expect to get your security deposit back once you move out. Boulder charges a $125 fee of your $300 deposit so they can pay to shampoo your apartment after you move out. I received no explanation as to why except it’s built into our deposit to be taken out at the end of our lease or when you move.

Been living here for over 6 months and have never had a problem! super nice apartments and the staff is so nice and quick to help with any of your needs. Free coffee and a great clubhouse. Every month you can count on a cool resident activity like taco night or neat giveaways. neighbors are always respectful and quiet no crazy college party problems here never had a noise complaint. Also great location for anything in Duluth right in the middle of UMD campus, the Mall/ target and close to down town/ canal.
