DO NOT LIVE HERE. The management is absolutely terrible, and my experience with Bluestone Lofts was completely unacceptable. I was doing a lease transfer and management moved a man into my apartment BEFORE I had even moved out, despite it being a single-gender apartment. I was given approximately TWO HOURS’ notice, and I was not properly informed about what was happening beforehand. When I questioned the situation, I was told this was essentially “how it always works” and that they had never had an issue with it before. What makes this even worse is that Bluestone’s response to my experience now publicly admits that “we did make an error in how this transfer was handled.” So they acknowledge that management made a mistake, yet their response makes it sound like the situation was promptly explained and handled appropriately. That is NOT what happened. NO ONE APOLOGIZED TO ME. I was never given a genuine apology when this happened. The only apology I have seen is now being posted publicly in response to a negative review. Moving a MALE tenant into someone’s apartment (I’m a girl) before their lease has even ended, with virtually no notice and without properly communicating what was happening, is completely unacceptable. Your home should be the one place where you can expect privacy, security, and basic respect from management. And telling me that this is “how it always works” does not make it acceptable. My roommate and I have even tried setting up a meeting with the management at bluestone lofts and they would not find the time to meet with me and discuss the situation like adults. As a student and a renter, I feel completely violated.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The management is terrible. If you do, don’t do a transfer lease. They moved in a man into my apartment before I even moved out, and Didn’t tell me until 2 hours before, and only told me on accident. Into my single gender apartment. Then they tried to tell me this is how it always works and they haven’t had problems. Well read the other reviews, it’s not just me. Management is rude and doesn’t treat you like an actual person.

The safest apartments I’ve lived in. Staff are always available if you have questions. So many amenities. Great views. My parents own their own home and they’re jealous of me.
