  Very unprofessionally managed… if you are an adult (not a college student) be prepared to be treated like a child, with routine room inspections as well as how they will literally just walk into your room WITHOUT notice for their leisure. (More proof of this if you look at the bluestone lofts reviews). Pool and spa area is almost always “closed for maintenance” so you can’t use the hotub half the time which you pay for by the way. Neighbors are very nice however which makes sense because you LIVE next to them. Very very rude staff especially on the phone, not somewhere you would expect someone to be exceptionally rude while you’re paying very very high rates to live. I highly suggest you read every single word of the lease you sign here, even though they emphasize “it’s not in fine print” just do it you’ll thank yourself later. I would recommend anywhere else but living in bluestone (summit) housing if you want a pleasant experience living in Duluth

  Bluestone is not just a place you live, it truly feels like home and you're part of a community. The management is exceptional and staff is always so friendly. The monthly events they put on are awesome and a great way to meet other people. If I could put more star, I would. Highly recommend living here.

  Great location, amenities, staff, and the friendliest neighbours! I love my apartment, it’s spacious and quiet. There are always community focused events to bring residents together. Staff is always professional and quick to respond :)

  My Fiancé and I have lived at Bluestone for 2 years now and we love it!! Everyone is so friendly, we feel incredibly safe, and it is extremely 'homey'. We would recommend Bluestone to anyone!
