Only upside is this building will be gone within a decade. Total trash. Fruit flies love it here had to buy a machine to trap them see pic for one days with.

The noise insulation between floors is terrible, and living under our current upstairs neighbors has been miserable. We’ve made repeated complaints to management for months, and nothing has changed. We even had to call the police because of the excessive noise. If a quiet place to live is important to you, I would look elsewhere.
