  Dog crap, fruit flies, neglectful on-site management. Noise pollution. Everyone and their mother parks around here for the Ames center and leaves cigarettes butts and trash. Worst design for an apartment you can imagine the architects should go back to school. Excuses, blaming and they just don’t care. See pic of how many fruit flies in my zapper after like a day

  I have truly enjoyed living at Maven Apartments and am grateful for the wonderful team and community here. One of the things I appreciate most is the staff. Tina has always been incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Wes, the manager, does a fantastic job and genuinely cares about the residents and the property. I also want to recognize the maintenance team—maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the maintenance technician is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer right in the unit is such a convenience, and the heated garage is a huge benefit during Minnesota winters. I also love the rooftop space, which is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The availability of balconies is another feature that makes the apartments feel even more spacious and enjoyable. The community is respectful and welcoming. The residents are considerate of one another, which helps create a peaceful and comfortable living environment. The location is another major advantage. With so many stores, restaurants, and services nearby, it's incredibly convenient. Whether I need groceries, household items, or takeout, deliveries arrive quickly and everything I need is just minutes away. Overall, Maven Apartments offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent management. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern apartment community with outstanding staff and amenities.

  This place WAS nice 3 years ago. Now it's just gone super downhill. Pet waste EVERYWHERE and I do mean everywhere never gets cleaned. Very minimal free parking for residents. If you move here and need/want consistent parking expect to hand out more money monthly. The Ames center across the street has parking you can use but as others have mentioned. If it's the weekend or an event there (which during the summer is frequent) forget about it. I've had to circle the building multiple times.Next because it's right in front of a bus stop you will run into homeless people sleeping in the lobby or even in the stair wells. The common areas are also pretty unkempt people leaving items in the hallways messes on the carpet. Package delivery is kinda bad too. While I haven't had it to me personally I've seen packages ripped open and just laying on the floor safe to assume they were stolen. Finally the amenities honestly this place has very minimal amenities. A VERY lackluster gym. 2 treadmills, 1 very bad and squeaky elliptical, one poorly equipped weight machine, an uncomfortable bike and misc weights. They have a "sky deck" which is really nothing impressive. For the price you'd imagine they would have top tier amenities and everything would be nice and clean too but they aren't. TLDR: Pet waste everywhere that's never cleaned, little to no parking expect to pay extra for a spot, poor cleanliness of common areas, vagrants, bad amenities.
