  I recently moved in and I love my new place! The property manager Jaci was wonderful, she made the whole experience great and was there for anything I needed! I highly recommend living at this property!

  Your a misleading and horrible complex. You lied about move in special. Then give me grief on my banking having fraud protection on it and I make over $5000 a month. Then you tell me I'm approved on special conditions. $1250 move in $1250 last and additional $300. Your the worst complex for anyone including me the Veterans that serve this country. You should be a shamed of yourselves and the business you pretend to do.

  Two days after I signed my lease, I received a promotion at work that led me to instead live in Iowa. I let the office know immediately. After multiple weeks of taking their sweet time to respond, they required me to pay two months worth of rent. I not only didn't move in yet, but the person staying there still lived there, so the company was not missing out on ANY revenue. The apartment was only taken off the website for less than a week, so minimal marketing loss. I attempted to meet them in the middle, or come up with any sort of agreement to not screw me out of nearly 3 grand, and they did not back down a single PENNY. To make it even better, they kept my $300 deposit because it "applied as liquidated damages to owner’s loss of marketing time", even though that is literally the whole point of the non-refundable admin fee. Contract or not, the company could have at least helped me out, but they did not care that they are screwing me over big time. They also immediately sent my bill to a collection company instead of dealing with me themselves. Shows that this is a lazy company who can't pick up the phone and call their customers themselves. If you are thinking about moving into this place, I highly advise not to. This company has proved that they care nothing about people and integrity. They would rather charge me 3 grand for taking an apartment off the market for less than a week. They only care about getting every single penny out of you. It is disgusting what they did to me, and I hope you find another place to stay and don't make the same mistake as me. I hope this company loses a lot more than 3 grand of revenue for what they did to me. Please do not make the poor decision that I made by signing a lease at this apartment complex.

  Extremely unprofessional management. I visited the leasing office twice on Monday July 13, 2026, and both times the door was locked during business hours. I tried calling multiple times, and no one answered. When I finally got into the building, a kind resident let me into the office area and was told to not expect anyone to be their as they could never seem to get a hold of anyone in the office; I could clearly see a staff member inside, but they outright refused to come to the door or assist me. It is incredibly frustrating to receive this level of service.
