  DO NOT MOVE HERE. PARENTS HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEIR KIDS. THEY ARE CONSTANTLY RUNNING UP AND DOWN SCREAMING IN THE HALLWAYS ALL HOURS OF THEN NIGHT. PARKING LOT ALWAYS FILLED WITH TRASH, COPS ARE HERE DAILY. KIDS CONSTANTLY PULLING THE FIRE ALARM WEEKLY. PEOPLE LET THEIR DOGS RUN ON HALLWAYS WOTHOUT A LEASH. KIDS KNOCKING ON DOOR AND RUNNING AWAY THEN THEIR GHETTO PARENTS HAVE THE AUDACITY TO GET MAD AT YOU FOR YELLING AT THEM. THEN THEIR KIDS SAY MY MOM TOLD ME TO PLAY IN HALLWAYS. THATS HOW THEY MANAGE THEIR KIDS ITS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. MANAGER IS NICE BUT SHE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ITS LIKE NOBODY HAS CONTROL OF THE THIS PLACE. PEOPLE PISSING OUTSIDE IN THE BUSHES NEXT TO KIDS PLAYGROUND. KIDS BREAKING INTO CARS IN UNDERGROUND GARAGE AND OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT. THE FAKE SECURITY GUARD THAT WORKS HERE IS JUST AS GHETTO AS THE PARENTS. YES THEY ALREADY HIRED A SECURITY GUARD ADTER BEING OPEN LESS THEN 3 YEARS FROM OPENING, WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU ABOUT THIS PLACE.DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SANITY.

  I would look like to give my appreciation and gratitude to the Decatur management I experienced some personal issues which I communicated with the team in the office Megan was very helpful and also communicated with me she also went out her way to give me a call to see how everything was going with me. Thank you to the team

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I have been at these apartments since they were brand new and opened. I have experienced sooo much so get ready . They have a man that is sexually pleasing himself at the park where the kids play and told me that “evictions are a process” . The elevators are always broken and it’s very dirty here! I’m talking bed bugs, rouches and more! These buildings get raided on almost a monthly basis. Police activity is always going on here. Management is new every few months so they loose paperwork or don’t know what’s going on. You will find bottles laying around in the stair area. Homeless people sleeping in the garage. Unprofessional management to the fullest I received a violation for not cooking one of the man staff dinner, my worker and I spoke with upper management who agreed this behavior was inappropriate and one of the staff still ended up giving me a violation . That man no longer works here but I still have the violation on my background. Also new management is horrible to. I personally asked them why they move in such nice people and not warn them about the place . They said they have to make money because the buildings are “unstable” because they are so new. There was also a fire in the building next door that ended up flooding all the apartments under and on the sides of all the units. If you are looking to live in absolute hell this is the place for u! There are also so many fights and domestics. I have had neighbors banging on my door screaming for help. Seen broken doors and blood on the walls in the hallways. I also feel as new management discriminates on a lot of people. As in blaming the bugs on a certain race or if you use any type of rental help and work with a worker they don’t like that , so they will be a lot harder on you and rude to your workers. I have seen so many people come and go and not even finish their lease here because it is so bad. Mind you this isn’t even half of what goes on here. Just be carful and think twice before moving to Decatur.

  This has been the most HORRIBLE TERRIBLE place I have ever lived in and dealt with. The people that work in the office will say one thing and the next one will say something completely different. The elevator in my building 9450 has been down and not working for over 3 months and I have a knee injury and i have to literally walk while in pain. I was told from previous sellers that it was okay to park outside by my building and no worries until one day heading to work I come outside and my car isn’t there because it was towed. I spoke with management who said they would help and get my care back but instead turned around and lied and said that that wasn’t what they stated. This is after I explained to them I had been parking there since I moved here which is March. I also have had bad experienced with my children being offered drugs and threats and again I communicated this with management who looked dumb founded at me with no empathy and stated there isn’t anything that can be done. My children are both under 13 and don’t feel safe. I even had a doctors note sent to cooperate management regarding there mental health and concern that we needed to move earlier then expected to accommodate the early release of lease and was denied and on top of that charged late fees because of the negligence and unprofessionalism of this company I was sent a eviction letter and a letter denying the accommodation. I have NEVER in my life dealt with an unprofessional business that don’t care about the safety and wellbeing of there residents. All they care about is the money and funding they receive that’s it. Don’t even waste your time with this residents here.
