The friendliness of the staff is so appreciated and the security features in this building are outstanding! Everyone is so friendly. I also love that I am so close to so many stores, shops and restaurants in the area. The extra amenities here are awesome -from the party room, game room, exercise room and others. I would encourage anyone 55 plus to check The Rosalyn out and make it your next home!

- TJT JMay 6, 20263.0Originally had interest in renting @ the newly built Affordable Senior (55+) Apartments in Bloomington, MN However, after I spoke with the Rosalyn Manager and the City of Bloomington, MN confirmed the following: - The Rosalyn is located near the MSP Int’l Airport and very close to HWY 494…high noise factors - The neighborhood that surrounds the Rosalyn is high crime and quite sketchy according to the internet - The Rosalyn was built for the 55+ crowd…but the apartment manager confirmed that there is allowance for younger individuals to move in and join their 55+ relatives making the 55+ senior piece obsolete really - Lastly, the Rosalyn website notes that there are more inspections than in most buildings which may be quite invasive for residents going forward Therefore, for safety, peace of mind (due to noise disturbance) and the factors listed above…my thought is to change directions and rent somewhere else!
