The building is new and beautifully maintained. Highly recommend!

Moving into a new place can always come with a few bumps and bruises along the way—including a couple of dings on the walls during my move into The Rosalyn. When I went down to the office to ask for some touch-up paint to handle it myself, I happened to meet Jerry, the head of maintenance. I wasn't used to receiving such immediate, top-tier service. When I mentioned what happened, Jerry didn't just hand over a can of paint—he said, 'Hey, if you have time, let’s go take a look at what needs to be done.' Once we got to my flat, he told me to point out everything that needed attention. Oh my gosh, Jerry took the time right then and there to expertly patch my walls, and he even came back the very next morning to paint them. It is as if the walls were never damaged at all! Jerry's dedication, craftsmanship, and kindness are unmatched. Thank you, Jerry, for going above and beyond—you are truly the king of maintenance!
