  I would give this five stars. The only reason I’m doing four stars is because of the issues with some of the residents here. The staff is amazing. The manager is awesome and they do a really good job of keeping up the property. My fiancé and I signed another lease will be here another year. And overall, we are very happy

  My garbage disposal didn't work and the kitchen sink was clogged. The maintenance guy was super friendly and he fixed everything in less than 10 minutes. A+

  Compared to other complexes I found it overpriced. Bad experience started from day 1 when I was told my unit faced South (the courtyard) when it actually faced North (the parking lot). One office employee was very difficult to work with. Residents often abandoned unwanted items in the hallways (furniture; food!). It appeared the managers gave some residents discounted rent in exchange for doing maintenance (like vacuuming hallways or shoveling snow). Consequently trash left in hallways for weeks at a time and sidewalks wouldn’t be shoveled after snow storms. Underground garage needed a deep cleaning and floor was wet year round. For nearly a month when replacing a broken overhead garage door managers simply left it opened which gave the public free access (security concern). Based on my experience cannot recommend it prospective renters.

  The place is in west Bloomington very peaceful and quiet. The staff was incredibly professional. Shaun answered all of my questions and never tried selling me into something I would not want. He did offer great suggestions though. I very much look forward to moving into this community.

  When I first moved in this place was great but now people are leaving garbage everywhere. People also leave food all over the apartments like it’s a food shelf and this place can’t even plow right after it snow so you have to wait a week so make sure you don’t slip and wear rain boots because you will be walking in tons of water. In the end we deserve better.
