  Enjoy living here. Nice people working in the office. They take good care of the building.

  We stayed in 2 BHK apartment just above the parking garage doors. These old doors made lot of noise when open/close. These noises were loud enough to disturb us. After my complaint, management lied that it was fixed . I can say its a lie since those squeaking sounds never stopped. Fortunately , I had only 6 months lease . Very fortunate to run off and find a better place. Don't take any BHK near parking garage. They still have window A/Cs that make hell of a noise. Lesson learnt !!

  Overall, not bad apartments. Hate that I can't use my oven and stove top at the same time without a fuse blowing. Maintenance fixed it the first time, it proceeded to happen again, and I haven't tried it since. Having to flush the toilet more than once for everything to go down is also a pain. It's nice that maintenance is prompt with maintenance requests- usually anything requested is fixed within a day. There are shopping carts for resident use, but there needs to be stricter enforcement of leaving carts around the building, as I've had several times when I've desperately needed a cart and they are nowhere to be found in their usual locations. When I moved into my unit, there were several chips on the walls already, and they were also not the cleanest walls. People dis-respect common areas in apartment buildings as well. They smell, people write on the walls, etc. The same inappropriate penciled in comments have been on the walls down the hall since i moved in. Overall, I would suggest more up-keep to even the older buildings.
