  I’ve been living in this community for many years, and one thing I’ve noticed is that the level of service keeps getting better every year. The office staff is always friendly, responsive, and willing to help with any questions or concerns that come up. They are always ready to find a solution and make things easier for the residents. The maintenance team does an incredible job! They respond quickly to any issue and get repairs taken care of as soon as possible. On top of that, they do a great job keeping the buildings clean and well-maintained. Thank you so much to the entire team for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to the residents. It truly makes a difference! If you’re looking for a community with excellent service, this is the place to be! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The only thing I would love to see in the future is an update to some of the older equipment in the fitness room.

  I just moved in about a week ago but I wanted to leave this review already because the staff at Pebblebrook Flats has been great. I moved here from NJ and the whole process of finding an apartment in another state is daunting but Melody in the office was so helpful throughout the entire process. And so responsive! I was looking at other apartments along with this one and the other offices would take days to get back to me, but Melody would get back to me ASAP and that really influenced my final decision. Having finally gotten here I am beyond relieved that the apartment is as advertised - clean, no weird smells, no maintenance needs thus far. The neighbors have been friendly. I do agree with some of the reviews stating you can hear noises in the hallways, but once inside the apartment I don't hear much. That's apartment living though and to be expected. It's certainly not obnoxious or an overly noisy building. I'm very happy with my apartment and grateful to Melody and the rest of the leasing office!

  I really want to say thank you to all the Pebblebrook Staff for addressing my maintenance issue "SO" quickly & Hector the Maintenance Man who was very polite & extremely helpful in replacing the bulbs in my kitchen light.
