  I originally thought I was moving into a good community, horribly wrong. Luxembourg Apartments to a majority of its tenants is a place only good for smoking weed in, and driving recklessly around. A community that comes with dozens of rules and 0 enforcement of them. If you’d actually like to enjoy your living experience, it’s a smart idea to rent ANYWHERE but here.

  My wife and I were fortunate to call Luxembourg Apartments our home for the past two years, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful community. When we were searching for a place to live, we wanted something close to Interstate 35W because my wife had found a job farther south. Then we discovered Luxembourg Apartments, and it almost felt like fate. We have always loved France and even had the opportunity to visit the Luxembourg Palace in Paris, so the name immediately caught our attention. Once we toured the property, we knew we had found the right place. The apartments are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I work from home, so having a large second bedroom for my office was essential. The living and dining areas were generous, and the master bedroom was exceptionally spacious. From the very beginning, we truly felt at home. What makes Luxembourg Apartments exceptional, however, is its people. I especially want to recognize Danica, along with Jen, Dani, and Victor. Danica is an outstanding property manager and an even better human being. She genuinely cares about the residents and works tirelessly to make everyone feel welcome. Every interaction with her was professional, kind, and reassuring. Whenever we needed assistance, we simply submitted a request through the resident portal. Danica or Jen would promptly follow up, and the maintenance team was usually there by the next day. Dani and Victor were always courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. Every maintenance request was handled efficiently, and they consistently made us feel that our home truly mattered to them. Communication was always excellent. Whether it involved maintenance, community updates, or general information, the management team kept residents informed. The grounds and common areas were consistently clean and beautifully maintained. Of course, a great community also depends on respectful residents, but the management and maintenance teams clearly set the standard that helped create such a welcoming environment. When it came time for us to move, it was simply because we wanted to purchase our own home—not because we were unhappy. We even agreed to continue paying rent after moving out until the apartment was re-rented. Thanks to the property’s outstanding location and desirability, the apartment was leased quickly. After we returned the keys and left the apartment clean, we promptly received our security deposit refund along with the remaining balance that was owed to us. The entire move-out process was transparent, fair, and exactly as promised. Luxembourg Apartments is ideally located, with convenient access to I-35W, I-494, Highway 100, shopping, restaurants, and everything the Twin Cities have to offer. Looking back, we feel incredibly grateful to have lived there. It was more than just an apartment—it was our home. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-maintained community with a management and maintenance team that genuinely cares about its residents, I cannot recommend Luxembourg Apartments highly enough. Thank you, Danica, Jen, Dani, and Victor for making our two years there such a wonderful experience. We wish all of you and the entire Luxembourg Apartments community continued success.

  Cute apartments and I loved the 10ft ceilings! The space and layout were beautiful. However, if you do content creation for income, this may not be the best fit. Once we shared that our income comes from content creating, the tour started to feel very monitored and a little judgmental from the manager touring us . Also, they only allow 2 adults per apartment regardless if it’s a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom.

  Been a Resident here for almost 2 years & you honestly get what you pay for. Beautiful & well maintenances amenities, common areas and unit. The highlights were the security & supportive management team, who would occasionally throw the tenants parties with FOOD for special holidays & events. Thank you Danika & Jen for making my families occupancy feel like a home & community over the years - I am forever grateful for you both♥️ - alexus
