  Let me share with you my experience in working with David as my Agent. David Nelson was the absolute BEST part of our entire purchasing process (besides getting our dream house!!). Not once did he do the typical breeze over a topic, "it's fine print" blah blah blah. For lack of a better way to say it....he clipped on his "Double 'Adult Size' Baby Bjorn" and carried me and my fiancee through every process, every paperwork, every question. He was willing to be patient with us as our wants and needs presented challenging expectations. He nailed every one of them. As 1st time home buyers and a young couple, my fiancee and I decided to buy right around the 5th month of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Needless to say, we had obstacles to overcome and what seemed like millions of questions to be answered. Not a problem for David Nelson. David found us the starter house of our dreams. He knew exactly what to do and when to do it. His advice was exactly what we needed and his delivery was even better. His team is an extension of him and absolutely amazing to work with.
