  I stayed at Aire for just about 3 years in the same apartment unit on the 11th floor and I really never experienced any issues! Never saw a bug, never had any issues on my floor with laundry as well as water pressure. I only ever called for maintenance once and they resolved the issue while I was gone and even left a nice note to let me know they came on by! One of the only complaints I ever had was dealing with the hotel staff, especially this rude gentleman named Leo, in trying to get a shuttle pick up from the airport. (One of the main reasons I choose Aire). Other than that as long as you stayed up to date with their times I had no issues taking the shuttle to and from the MSP airport. I never had any issues with the drivers as well! They were super nice and would be very apologetic when the hotel staff would tell them the wrong time. I will also say, the last few months there was some issues with elevators taking a while as well as the parking ramp undergoing construction. Hopefully all issues that can be resolved for any future tenants! While the apartments aren’t completely perfect, it was a great place to stay in while I started my new career out of the MSP airport. I can’t forget to mentioned how helpful the apartment staff always was, and would reach out in a speedy manner when emailed or called. I appreciated my time at Aire and from my experience I would recommend it to anyone, especially if you’re going to be working out of the MSP airport!

  I enjoyed living at AIRE MSP, and the staff was generally professional during my tenancy. However, I was disappointed with my move-out experience. After I moved out, $120 was deducted from my security deposit for painting and carpet cleaning. When I initially asked about the charges, I was informed in writing that the deduction was part of the property's standard policy and was not based on the condition of my unit. After I disputed the charge, I was later told that paint touch-up was needed due to grease staining above the stove. Because the explanations differed, I was left uncertain about the reason for the deduction. I was also surprised by the painting charge because the area in question contained older wall covering that did not appear to have been recently updated. I subsequently submitted a complaint through the Better Business Bureau in an effort to resolve the matter. As of the date of this review, I have not received a response to that complaint from the property management. While my overall experience living at the property was positive, the handling of the security deposit deduction and the lack of follow-up regarding my concerns left me disappointed. Future residents may wish to carefully review move-out policies and security deposit charges before vacating.

  I had an appointment today, but there’s absolutely nowhere to park and the one handicap spot is taken and then nobody answers the phone after calling them for 30 minutes to try and figure out where you’re supposed to park. I guess if they can’t even answer for an appointment I guess I’ll know what kind of service they give if you rent there too
