  I literally hate this place more than I can even express. The rent is sky high they raise it every year. They have more rules than you can deal with. It’s not your apartment after all they are nosy. They are always in your space And they charge you more than they should when they are getting reimbursed from the federal government for being a section 42 building… They get paid from government subsidies that cover the cost of a garage space however they have taken upon themselves to charge you on top of it so they are double dipping there is lawsuits going left and right about this place… Plus they allow children in here all the time even though they claim no children are allowed there’s more three year-old and under kids here than there are 55 and older adults. Plus, they allow the children to run Wild in the hallways and say nothing and do nothing about that. They claim to have changed the policy to adults only but that was over five years ago and there are still newborn children here don’t know how that is… and my apartment door because it’s so poorly made has water running down it constantly from the rain and snow. There is no awning to protect the door so it gets swollen from the rain and won’t open or close . Leaving my floor drenched instead of replacing the door they put us on the list for 2029. Yep, you heard that right 2029 three years from now in order to fix the door Plus the apartment building accepts section 8 because half of these people that live here don’t even clean up after themselves if they drop something in the hallway it’s completely dirty all the time and it takes months literally months before something gets fixed. Don’t think because you have a package delivered that you’re actually gonna get it… People steal packages from the package room all the time But at first glance before you know the drama it’s a nice place visually at least and that’s where it ends

  Residents and staff are very friendly. Staff is always accommodating and professional. The building is cleaned regularly. The maintenance staff is always ready to assist in any situation. I love living here.

  I love legends of blaine! The building is always very clean and they have an activities committee that plans potlucks once a month and even bingo twice a month. It's a good way to get to know each other in the building. And Angie and Brian our awesome!
