  Onsite management is very good. Building looks good on the exterior. Big bedrooms and windows. Downside is cheap appliances, shades and blinds. It took a long time to get the elevator problems resolved. Maintenance person is friendly and helpful. Close proximity to shopping, medical care and restaurants.

  Pinehurst delivers exceptional living. The community is well-maintained, grounds are clean, and landscaping is consistently cared for. Units are spacious with thoughtful layouts, quality finishes, and appliances that perform reliably. Management is professional, responsive, and handles maintenance requests quickly and effectively. Parking is adequate and common areas are kept in order. The location is convenient to access for shopping, dining, and major routes without excess traffic or noise. Overall living experience at Pinehurst exceeds expectations and earns five stars.

  For what they're charging, this place is a total rip-off. They clearly didn't prioritize quality when building this place. Literally NONE of the doors were fitted or installed correctly in my unit, half of them don't even close at all. The cabinets are all misaligned. We are the first tenets in our unit and we've lived here only 6 months and two of the appliances needed to be replaced due to malfunction. Bugs are coming in through the AC unit, the lock on the sliding glass door doesn't work, the elevator is down about 40% of the time, they take literal weeks to address repair orders because the repair crew is so backlogged because the place was built so poorly... If they charged like 30-40% less, and the building was like 40 years old, these quirks would be forgiveable, but for what rent costs and for the fact the building isn't even a year old, one would and should expect a decent place to live...

  These apartments are not built well, bugs get in through the windows, the stove shuts off for unknown periods of time just like the AC unit. You could be stuck with no stove and no heat or no stove and no ac at any point, and if it's the weekend, nothing will be handled until Monday. The walls are so thin I can hear people talking outside and upstairs and next door. Paint job is sloppy- and so is hardware installation.
