Ms Arkansas was super friendly and fun! Her persona no doubt makes that environment a more joyful and welcoming place.
She’s a good one! Don’t let her get away.

Kris & Ally management team in the office, maintenance, and cleaning ladies at Remington Cove Apartments are all top notch taking care of the building & us as residents - this makes us feel comfortable, an at home feeling. This is much appreciated. Thank you for all you do.
Love my home! The management & maintenance are top tier! I’ve lived here almost a year & have felt nothing but peace & happiness since moving. l have no intention of moving for a couple years. Great location, friendly neighbors that aren’t busy bodies. I can’t say enough good things. I’ve only had to submit a maintenance ticket twice and both times they’ve come within a few hours! Love it here.

I called several times and left a message, but no one returned my call. I was looking for information about a long-term lease apartment, but it seems like they don’t care about potential renters. This reflects very poor customer service, and I am no longer interested in renting there.
When I first moved in a little over 5 years ago, living here was excellent with good management. And maintenance staff continue to be awesome. However, the quality of living here has declined over time with new management. My valid concerns are ignored. Neighbors are often disrespectful. There is often weed smoke and sometimes cigarette smoke in the hallway, despite the property supposedly being smoke-free, according to my lease. The hallways are disgusting to the point that it is embarrassing to have guests visit. It’s a disgrace that the property has deteriorated to this condition.
I was in the parking garage and a resident had their car parked in the wash stall. They had the hood of the car raised and were spraying this engine degreaser. (See photo below). They left the can sitting in the wash stall. Not only can this product cause cancer and reproductive system harm, but it is a fire danger. It is NOT to be used in an underground parking garage with low ventilation. It should be used outside!!!! It is flammable. I had a headache after smelling the toxic chemicals in this product.
Due to management ignoring past concerns about other air quality problems, I just wanted to alert apartment seekers what you can expect at this apartment building. With a parent just diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer, this product being used in our unventilated parking garage is especially troubling for me. That parent never smoked, so it was likely caused by toxins in the environment.
Apartment management just sent out an email reminding residents that smoking anywhere on property is prohibited. And if caught, termination of residents’’ stay can happen. Kudos to management for this reminder!!!
