  I have lived at Hearthstone for more than five years, and every time we start thinking it might be time to move on to one of the newer apartment communities, we find ourselves comparing them to Hearthstone. After touring several newly built communities, we’ve realized that very few come close to the amount of livable space and square footage that Hearthstone Apartments and Townhomes offers. The upgrades to the buildings and amenities, including the fitness area, are fantastic! The landscaping and green spaces are always beautifully maintained, which really adds to the overall appeal of the community. The office team is also very professional. They can be tough when it comes to keeping residents on their toes and following community expectations, but they are fair and always do their best to address and resolve any issues with a positive attitude and a smile. After more than five years here, we truly appreciate the space, amenities, beautiful surroundings, and the professionalism of the Hearthstone team. It’s a great place to call home!

  New tendant and love it here the gym is nice and open 24hrs which is awesome the pool could be a little cleaner but it just opened so I'm sure it will be cleaner as the days go on. Rent is nice it's like the exact same amount on a mortgage for a house. But if anything goes wrong they will fix or replace for free. I like it here great community with lots of kids. Great friendships are being created here

  After reading the reviews, I am canceling my appt to look at an apartment today. Actually when I called to set up the appointment the person I was talking to was not very welcoming and left the conversation feeling that it was just off. I just called to cancel the appointment and told her I read the reviews about the mold and roach problem and want no part of that. She blamed it on the poor house keeping. I told her I have lived a long life and know that is not true. RED FLAGS, RED FLAGS

  Current resident. Unfortunately our experience has been less than positive here. When we first moved in our washer / dryer leaked all over the kitchen floor. We were told it was fixed, it was not. Same issue and the kitchen got soaked again. Until a few days later when we put in our 3rd request we got a replacement. Furthermore we have had electrical issues forever as the lights in the apartment flicker and 1/3 of the time flip the breaker when the bathroom fan is turned off. The water is terrible and leaves a film on anything. Broke 2 water filters so we have resorted to buying bottled water for anything we ingest. Other problems we have had are so trivial that I honestly find no reason to bring them up. The real problem we have is the staff. Multiple times have we heard the office ladies yelling at the maintenance guys, who genuinely do help and do their job, and are great to interact with. However, our auto pay this month was turned off without any explanation or notice. (Auto pay was set up for yesterday) I as a tenant was not notified until we received an intent to file an eviction notice, today. 0 communication. Additionally I have been charged an extra $100 that I have been told that is non refundable. Even though we were not the ones who turned off our auto pay. Us as the tenants are paying for an issue in their system that “updates and sometimes turns off auto pay” . To me that sounds like blatant robbery. Can not recommend this complex to anyone.
