Between the elevators never working, the hot water never working, or the garage doors never working, this place is a total dump. Cannot recommend, maybe if the rent was 500-700 dollars less.
- RAR AJul 27, 20261.0Horrible experience since Day 1 of signing the lease. There’s only one elevator for each building and it was broken since the beginning. It remained non functional even after 17 days - we had to terminate the lease since we could not even complete our move in. Pathetic handling of the situation of overall however John Preston was responsive throughout

We had an in depth walk thru of the property and she helped me understand the rules and regulations, in depth. The apartment walk thru was great and she was quick to place a trouble ticket when we identified the garbage disposal wasn’t working. Thank you Jessica. Great work!!

Jessica S. was amazing to work with and I hope she gets the recognition because she is a main reason I decided to move in. She was attentive, accommodating with what time I had to move in, kind, available to assist me with answers to my questions within a reasonable timeframe, and the list could go on but she was extremely helpful and understanding with my move and I am appreciative of her kindness and service offered. I look forward to everything there is to offer with my new move here at Gabella.
