Moved in October 2025 and I have had several maintenance related issues. This is not a disgruntled review but should serve as informative to any people considering renting here.
1. Second bathroom not able to flush. Reported this immediately and wasn’t resolved for 3 weeks. This was due to frozen main line? The attitude I received was no sense of urgency. I pay rent for a two bedroom and two bath. When I talked to people in front office, they were like “ you still have the one”. Based on that philosophy, if you need two bathrooms, maybe you should rent one with three bathrooms 🤣
2. In April, air conditioning unit in living stopped blowing anything other than hot air. I reported immediately. Maintenance never came or nobody contacted me for over a month. It wasn’t until I got on the phone several times to argue, that someone finally came and the unit was replaced. 6 weeks no air conditioning. Again, I have two of them 🤣
First phone call with a woman in front office, this was her reply to me “it’s not air conditioning weather”, that is why they haven’t got to it. It was 82 degrees inside my apartment for over a week. Not sure about you but that is “air conditioning weather”.
3. Roof leaking in spare bathroom and was pointed out to maintenance and one of the women in front office during the pipe repair. Still hasn’t been fixed. I opened a recent work order but nobody.
By the way, not sure if this apply everywhere but would assume so. So beware is you want to use microwave or do laundry. If either of those appliances goes out, it may not be “popcorn popping weather or laundry day”. It might be better to get the official calendar from the front office.
4. The painters are there trying to paint building and fix things which I appreciate but they covered all the window units with clear plastic. For all that don’t know. This is the main intake of air for a window unit. No air could result in compressor failure and definitely no cool air. When I just recently call office after submitting maintenance request. The attitude was “well we will check with the painters” 🤣
They don’t know and they are the idiots who covered it up in the first place.
I guarantee I will go home today with no working AC due to plastic on the intake.
So, I haven’t been here for a year yet and I consider myself and introvert. I normally would love no interaction with front office or maintenance. But this has been my experience so far.
Beautiful place to live. Don't even feel like I'm in the cities at all.

We really enjoy living here. The apartment has a good use of space and we love living next to the Mississippi and utilizing all the walking trails. Er also enjoy the apt grounds and the heated garage. I took one star off for noise. There are some tenants who lack common courtesy and allow their kids to run up and down the hallways early morning or late at night. Some folks blast their music at late hours. But it’s only a few and doesn’t happen every day; of course it’s always only a few and management is not on top of it. Apart from that inconvenience, it really is a nice place to live.

Not a good experience living here I've been here for 4 years and it started off alright but has gone downhill fast. High rent for a lack of amenities. No indoor pool, work out area, or rec center. No in unit washer/dryer and costs about $5 to do a single load of laundry. This place reeks of cooperate cronies looking to get every penny out of you. My unit has flooded 3 times from the resident upstairs. Major damage to property and the unit caused it to be unlivable for weeks and the management team called it a "minor inconvenience". Workers left baseboards, nails and wood splinters all over the unit, and never came to remove the debris. At the time of this review 3 months and they still haven't replaced the trim/flooring damaged from the water. I do not recommend staying here.

In the two years we have lived here it has been one problem after another. We thought this would be a great place for us and our daughter. The grounds and buildings looked well maintained and everyone seemed friendly. That changed the day we moved in! The first person we encountered as we moved our stuff in said "oh you have a kid" in a very rude tone. One day my daughter was yelled at simply for walking to the bus stop. Yes you read that correct. I have been told my kid is not aloud to play outside or even play in our apartment. If she tries, I would get a call saying she was being to loud. The last time this happened she had just walked in the door from school. She fears this place and wakes up most nights crying in terror of being confronted by the office or certain other "unfriendly" residents. Yes, they have a pool, which is open in the summer months if they choose to open it. We had to beg to even get a key for this. In the winter months make sure you have a shovel, as you will be the one responsible for shoveling out your car and a path to get to it. When they do plow it is piled next to the garages so if you need to use it for anything but parking your car, make sure you have good renters insurance. The garages flood and your things will end up getting water damage, as ours did. We are finally able to move and that day could not come soon enough. So, although a few of the residents are welcoming and friendly, this is not the place to be if you have children. If I could give zero stars I would.
