  Recently moved out of LRV after being there for two years but loved my time there. I would not hesitate moving back!! The maintenance staff is super friendly and gets things fixed quickly. The leasing staff is quick to handle any issue I had and does a great job putting on events to create community. In my experience, it was a very quiet and peaceful place to live! I highly recommend living here!

  Thea was absolutely incredible to work with as a leasing agent. So thoughtful, detail oriented, and a very clear communicator! Her balance of professionalism while also fostering relational and authentic interactions is really admirable and unique. Very grateful for her, and for our experience with the leasing process at Rosewood thus far!

  Moved into Legends Rosewood Village almost 8 years ago. It was the best choice I could have made! Grounds are beautiful and apartments are attractive and spacious. Safe and quiet. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful always. They go the extra mile to foster a true sense of community here.

  I really enjoyed this community when I first moved in. As time went on, I felt that the leasing staff were less than available and helpful with my concerns. I parked my vehicle in the same spot for over 2 years then started getting harassed with tow stickers and notes on my vehicle by the condo association stating it was for them and their potential guests. I was reassured by James and Ann that it was first come first serve. As I continued to have issues, I got no response from the leasing office. Rock Companies set this up to be an issue between renters and owners where there is not equal ownership. I pay a lot of money for rent yet my money is not equal to the owners. The apartments are nice, although they have paper thin walls. I definitely won't be renewing my lease with a company that has no appreciation for the renters.

  My wife and I have visited many apartments around the greater Ann Arbor area and found that Legends of Rosewood Village is the best of them all. A few examples are: [1] wide streets and parking spaces that can accommodate snow in the winter time (like right now!), [2] Well maintained grounds and facilities for people and dogs, [3] Functional Club House including a swimming pool, exercise room, and entertainment area, [4] Great design of unit floor plans including high ceilings, 1-car garage, gas fire place, and spacious bedrooms (not closet-sized), [5] finally, the property management team is friendly and efficient in responding to tenant's needs.
