Joe at the BLVD is the best maintenance man around! He's fixed multiple of my requests quickly & effectively, he communicates well and has great customer service. Most recently he fixed my AC on an 87º day–I appreciate all of his hard work!

Residents are limited to two guests at the pool due to concerns about seating and capacity. However, I recently observed leasing office staff using the pool with guests during a busy Sunday afternoon. After speaking with other residents, I’ve heard similar concerns and that this may not be an isolated occurrence.
If employees are permitted to use resident amenities and bring guests, management should be transparent about that policy. If the guest limitations are intended to preserve space for residents, the rules should be applied consistently.
With only around 30 pool chairs serving a community of hundreds of residents, it is frustrating to see amenity space occupied by individuals who are not leaseholders and their guests during peak usage times. Consistent enforcement and clear communication would go a long way toward building trust between management and residents.

Pros:
They have decent amount of community activities which is nice if you like those things.
Free snacks and food at the events were the best parts.
Free sodas and drinks in the leasing office you can grab if you feel like.
Free WiFi included which was a nice feature to me however all my guests would say the WiFi sucked so no comment.
Dog park with the turf is nice but the one with normal dirt floods all the time
Washer and dryer unit is nice
Cons:
Entry door way so small and sucks, everyone in the community agrees
Door doesn’t stay open either so when you’re moving or even carrying groceries it’s always slamming on you. Shoe pile up is also annoying, more than two pairs of shoes everyone’s tripping.
Pool is barely open and has a guest policy of no one than two guest which is ridiculous, on top of that they don’t allow speakers or music
Garage is a nice bonus but it’s so tiny almost seemed pointless, neighbors would have to decide whether they want to either store their items or have their car, couldn’t have both.
Cheap installation caused me to pay a lot in consumer energy, my bill was always above $100. Bill even got to $300 at one point of November (mind you I lived alone).
You also pay for a smart system that can unlock your front door, change the temperature, and get updates to your phone however the last 5 months of me living there my lock wouldn’t unlock even after have maintenance change it 3 times and the feature was completely gone from my phone.
Also forced to pay for trash valet which I didn’t care too much about as I said I lived alone so I only used it once a week. However my neighbors were constantly bother when they would put trash out and it wouldn’t get picked up and most of the time it’s so windy once the trash guy finally comes to get your trash late at night no one is awake to bring their trash can back inside so the wind takes it, blows it elsewhere and now you’re paying a fine for a damaged trash can.
Winter time they’re supposed to plow the snow but choose to do it when they felt like it, my car got stuck twice exiting my garage
Constant miscommunication from the office’s end but they somehow always find a way to blame the client
Shower head pressure is ass for a place you pay $2,000+ for.
