  The office lady Kristen is the best person I have ever came in contact with. Always nice and helpful, the places are beautiful. My problem is the maintenance guy. Not guys but guy. I have lived here for a couple months and the previous ones have been cool and helpful. I was gone for 30 days and came home with no key, that was a problem. If you ask someone how their day is and they don’t respond that’s very inconsiderate, seemed that I was locked out was the problem I’m not sure. I have been to the pool a couple times, past nine I get off at 7:30-8 and today it seemed that it was a problem I was there at 8:45. 45 min to relax at something I pay ALOT of money for doesn’t seem fair but he gets half off so he wouldn’t know, But he reminded me the time I had to be out; I also left my key in the pool and asked him if he could grab it but for some odd reason he couldn’t see it. Late I got it myself. Seems like he should go hold a radar gun or stand at a stop sign for his job considering everyone speeds through here, and there is plenty of kids playing including my own. I’m not the type to write a review but whoever you hired isn’t the one.

  I moved to Heather Ridge in 2017. I love it here I feel safe. Staff is nice courteous and friendly and the Maintenance team is great.

  The repair I requested was a repair that should have been done by property management without a request. It is your responsibility to maintain the grounds.

  Apartments are but addresses are very confusing.
