- TBTanya BallJul 21, 20263.0Not a bad experience per se’ but it took the maintenance guy 4 days to come after our request was initially put in. Greystar would never. I get that the place has new owners, but 4 days vs same day service? Also the grounds upkeep is subpar. The grounds is what attracted us to Heather Ridge. The grass is burnt. No more beautiful flowers. Also looks like people are moving out. Plus we started with one new maintenance guy and now we have another new one. Overall the staff is nice and kind.
