  Okay it’s about time I write a review and I usually never do, I lived at town court from 2020 to 2023. It was the best place I could have ever imagined to be my first time being on my own. I had to move out for a year due to job relocation, but once my job was done, all I could think about was wanting to move back to town court. I came back to live here 2025, and so far it’s still as great as I remember it. Comparing town court to all other places, it’s truly a gem. It’s quiet, clean, spacious, the maintenance team is on top of it. The office is wonderful especially Trish. No one asked me to write a review and there is no true reason why I’m here typing this except for the fact that no matter where I go, town court carries my best memories and the most comfortable life style. It’s secure, definitely can be hard to find for guests and deliveries but to be honest, I think I like that better lol. Amenity wise, I absolutely love the style, I wouldn’t say the pool is my favorite but it’s never been a thing I use so I don’t really care about it, the gym may be a bit small but it has everything you may need for a quick workout. I mainly adore the units themselves and the team that keeps this place afloat. I never had a bad thing to say about town court. If you’re thinking about moving here I recommend 100%. No place you go to will be perfect, you will always find a thing or two you may not like. But I’ve been in the apartment industry quite a while, I’ll always come back here looking for a place when I need one. Thank you town court for all that you do.

  What a wonderful place to live. I love the clubhouse and the staff is always so kind. I love that I have my own garage parking and the beautiful windows give off so much light in my apartment home. Town Court has all of the amenities that you need and more! If you are looking for the perfect place to call home this is it!

  Very modern and extremely well maintained. One of the few apartments locally with an elevator. Staff is attentive and friendly. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Well priced compared to similar options.

  I haven't been formally denied yet but the process and how I was received has caused me to decline. If you you are black and have a high income expect to be scrutinized!!! Here is my experience with the poor leasing educate from Jennifer: I applied to lease an apartment for a year until the housing market subsided. Jennifer made me uncomfortable when I visited speaking about fraud and people living there under false pretenses. My thoughts “Ok why are you saying this to me?” to assure her I filled out the application in her office and even downloaded my bank statements on her computer directly from my banking website. While I was there another applicant not a person of color arrived, during their conversation all she required were his bank statements. That he brought in hand. She then called me the next day questioning my income and asking if the monthly amount on my application was “correct”. I stated “No, it is actually much higher, that number was base. “ She then asked me to further prove my income with tax returns and she's going to get a rental history. She even said I had a case with the property that I CURRENTLY live with a balance of $3k. This is impossible because they would have evicted me, properties don't go over 7 days with balances. I contacted my current property and they confirmed that this is untrue and will provide me a balance statement. She spoke of fraud and not being able to collect rent from individuals for over 30 minutes. I meet the credit qualifications and eclipse the monthly income requirement. My opinion: She can't believe how I can afford to live here and I wonder why? I'm young, black and established. I wanted to live here because it's close to my sons needs and the property has wonderful gym facilities so I won't have to pay for pilates and row anymore. I haven't been formally denied yet but the process and how I was received has caused me to decline. If you you are black and have a high income expect to be scrutinized.

  I love being in the Club House and Gym; Enjoying being in the apartment with modern amenities -Keyless entry to the community; Amazing quick Maintenance crew; Completely new scent everywhere -Amazing ! Amazing manager Cheyenne took care of the complete application process smoothly till I Moved-In to my apartment, Thank You.
