  2 months in, apartment is pretty good overall. Good space, good lighting, quiet neighborhood. Application process was made easy by my girl Teela at the office. She answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of. Thanks Teela! In terms of apartment improvements, Could benefit with some light posts to see at night if walking as well as some sidewalks. Maintenance took some time to get my move in fixes. nd some small things here and there I can live with. Overall 3.5 but Teela made it a 4.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They have roaches and they do nothing about it. The office people are extremely rude. They kept some of my deposit for days that I wasn’t there. Just out right despicable. For the amount of money you can find a better place down the street literally!

  I moved in 05/2026 and I have been nothing but disappointed in the management, service and grounds of the property. Our second week our AC went out and there was no urgency to fix it while I have a 3 yr old and 6 week old baby. We have Carpenter ants and walk way to our apartments floods when it rains. I have come to learn via other residents that maintenence is slow and if you want something done, to do it yourself. My water bill was nearly $200 our first full month which is un heard of for a 2 bdroom apt. The way the charge water was never disclosed. There are no sidewalks which makes it unfavorable when walking with 2 small children.
