  The woman that dictates maintenance can be a real problem. So, I Hope that you don’t gave any serious problems like I have had and continue to have. When you view an apartment they show you a real nice place. When I got into my apartment it left a whole, whole lot of problems. It wasn’t what we originally saw. .

  Please read before it gets taken down!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Just this summer this place has had a rodent outbreak, nonstop leaks, insect infestations, and I can keep going. It was a nightmare getting any of this resolved. Management here is horrible and extremely rude. Calling us dramatic everytime an issue like this was reported. Took weeks and weeks to get anything resolved. EXTREMELY expensive and not worth it. Oh and just to warn anyone, the second the slightest storm comes by, power is out for days!!!!! Do your self a favor and do not live here. Pool also has never had a heater so water is ice cold. Horrible management! If I can give it negative stars, I would.

  Im very upset to have lived here for 8 years but to still go through DTE Power going out whenever there is a storm. This time it has been 4 days and they are still texting and stringing us along. Our food has spoiled and there is no electricity to use for breakfast, hair curling, ironing etc for preparation for church in the morning. This is it for me. I can't wait until my lease ends so that I can go and put my $2700+ elsewhere. I just helped someone get in and didn't realize the regular power outages that they consistently have. No phone connection either. This sucks! DTE can't be blamed for everything! Try doing this experience once per year! Maybe twice!

  2 months in, apartment is pretty good overall. Good space, good lighting, quiet neighborhood. Application process was made easy by my girl Teela at the office. She answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of. Thanks Teela! In terms of apartment improvements, Could benefit with some light posts to see at night if walking as well as some sidewalks. Maintenance took some time to get my move in fixes. nd some small things here and there I can live with. Overall 3.5 but Teela made it a 4.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They have roaches and they do nothing about it. The office people are extremely rude. They kept some of my deposit for days that I wasn’t there. Just out right despicable. For the amount of money you can find a better place down the street literally!
