  I’ve had the opportunity to work with Patrice Henderson on real estate transactions, and she is truly one of the best in the business. She is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and does an excellent job communicating throughout the entire process. From the lending side, I get to work with a lot of real estate agents, and you can always tell when an agent truly understands the business and knows how to take care of their clients. Patrice is one of those agents. She stays on top of the details, advocates for her clients, and works well with everyone involved to help get the transaction to the closing table. I would highly recommend Patrice to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate. She’s a great Realtor and an even better person to work with. Five stars!
