  Terrible complex that I’ve ever been Stay so far from there. There is a lot of problem about maintenance “AC broken in 90°F weather – 4 days wait’ solution is not acceptable. Our unit’s air conditioning gave up.we called office someone showed up after 2 hours and spent hours doing something (honestly still not sure what), and the grand finale was… nothing changed. Still no cooling. Still broken. Still running like it’s pretending to work. Tomorrow we called again The solution offered? Wait up to 4 days. Because obviously, sitting in a hot apartment with a broken system is just a “normal inconvenience” and not an urgent issue at all. No portable unit provided despite it being mentioned. No real urgency. Just a very calm expectation that we should enjoy the heat experience a little longer. Meanwhile, the system continues running 24/7 like it’s committed to doing absolutely nothing, except maybe increasing the electricity bill for fun. We ended up buying our own fan just to survive the situation, which feels like a nice bonus feature of living here: self-funded basic livability. They just need money. They don’t care about what’s your issues There’s no service.

  The staff at Chimney Hill West Bloomfield provided an awesome Mother’s Day spread. Food was excellent and staff was very inviting. They exceeded my expectations!!! Always a nice group of people😊

  I truly feel that Chimney Hill apartments want their residents to be safe and happy. They were very quick on any/all repairs I reported and they really did want a certain quality of life in terms of keeping the area and the amenities clean.

  We moved in Oct of 2025 after living in a different apartment complex for two years and experiencing horrible maintenance issues. Our main priority was finding somewhere with reliable and responsive maintenance. The maintenance team at Chimney Hill has been wonderful, in our experience. They always show up the same day we put in the request, even if it's after noon when we put in the request. We've never had consistent same day maintenance and we've been renting for over a decade. They are friendly, knowledgeable and timely. Our A/C stopped turning on yesterday and the apartment was over 80 degrees. Maintenance showed up within 2 hours of putting in the request and had it running within 10 minutes. Furthermore, the community feels safe and we don't experience any consistent noise/neighbor issues. I work odd hours so it's important that I feel comfortable leaving and coming home at all hours, and I do here. Overall, we have been very happy living here.

  My fiancée and I came to tour a unit and Randi was extremely helpful, super sweet, personable and great to work with! Glad to have run into this property on our search for a new home.
