    I had a really great experience with Stephen and wanted to take the time to recognize the excellent service he provided. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. I had an issue with a leak that had been causing a lot of stress, and they were able to identify the source of the problem and explain next steps. What stood out most was how efficient and thorough he was throughout the entire process. He didn’t just rush through the repair — he made sure everything was completed properly and with a high level of care and attention to detail. The repair work was finished faster than I expected, and the quality of the work was excellent. Everything has been working perfectly since the repair was completed, and it gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing the issue was handled. I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone needing repairs or maintenance work done.

    I'm worried about the noise and people coming into to my home when they want to. I'm also concerned about the illegal activity. Breaking into cars and homes.

    I lived in riversedge for about 8 years. The front office staff is great, I've had to deal with the company a few times living here but the ladies in the front office are amazing. One star for the ladies at the front. Maintenance is also great. One star for maintenance because they are extremely attentive. The apartments are outdated but you "get what you pay for" and they are cheap so I can't complain there. It was hard to take my kid outside and to the pool because I went to the pool a few times and people were carrying weapons, drinking out of full bottles of alcohol (open alcohol isn't even aloud at the pool??) and being loud, the girls were basically humping the men under towels on the pool chairs... not child appropriate... When I called the office, they didn't do anything, I needed to make a "written" repot... just watch the cameras... And they asked me if I knew who the people were or where they lived... Like no. I don't know about you but I'm not approaching/investigating someone who is clearly intoxicated and carrying a gun... They also write you up for stuff that doesn't make sense, I've fought all of my write ups and won because they aren't accurately correct. Not to mention the closet door fell off like every three weeks, the last two times it fell on MY TODDLER, so I stopped asking to get it fixed because clearly it wasn't being fixed correctly and I was afraid of a serios injury to my toddler. And no, it didn't fall because my daughter was playing with it or anything. The first time she was sleeping in her bed, and it fell right on her in her bed!! The second time she was playing in her doll house, luckily that time a piece of furniture caught the door falling, unlike the first time when it fell on her in bed!! I told the office it fell on my toddler and their response was less than sympathetic... Lastly, the reason I was inspired to write this review, along with the constant emails and text messages asking you to review the place... I have been extremely busy the last two months of my move out, so I failed to turn off my auto pay for rent, I went to do it to, and I am locked out of the site. The site instructs to call the office, so I did. They told me I need to call someone else, so I did, they forwarded me to the rudest person I've encountered in the system, Shalida. I explained to her the situation as I've explained to everyone prior and instead of being helpful she said "well that's why you were supposed to do it before you moved out" Which mind you nothing in the instruction says this part has to be done before moving out, so I figured I'd get it done before the next billing cycle cause like I said it's been an extremely busy couple of months for me. She continued to tell me I needed to fill out a form, I tried to tell her more of the story and she was speaking over me, berating me for not doing it correctly even though the "correct" way wasn't outlined in the instruction. Anyways she gave me no room to talk speaking over me and rudely put me on hold for about 5 min before I hung up and called again and asked to speak with management cause honestly, I am fed up... Supposedly management was busy and couldn't talk but she forwarded me back to the rude Shalida.. At that point she explained that the auto pay shouldn't be an issue because when you move out it should all be canceled when they cancel your site access... Why couldn't you say that originally? Instead, you needed to have an attitude. So, note to Shalida? in billing... You don't need to have the last word, and you should probably fix the way you interact with people considering you work in a customer service position...

    they caught my attention with their move in special years ago one month free as i was homeless just getting pay from my new job it helped A lot and it was a lovely stay had an relationship until things got domestic and i had to leave but still i loved my apartment until it was time to move. i gave them a 60 day notice moved out before the 60 days still got hit with 2 months worth of rent and i got charged for garbage when i cleaned the apartment it was just an extremely heavy box and bag me nor my 70 year old grandmother at the time couldn’t move ourself as 2 females so i wrote a note stating “maintenance please dispose too heavy “ i got charged for it still .. that 2500 bill messed up my credit i cant afford to pay it .. i barely get taxes as it is so i couldn’t pay it during tax time just becoming higher when i recently checked my credit
