I haven’t had to contact the office too often, but whenever I do, Chanell Jackson has always been extremely professional, helpful, and prompt in handling my concerns. Chanell truly stands out. She has such a positive and upbeat attitude, and she has a way of making things happen while handling every situation with professionalism and respect. I honestly wish there were more Chanells around because she is definitely an asset to Harlo Apartments! I also really appreciate receiving emails and updates about what is happening throughout the property. When an issue comes up, it is reassuring to know that it is communicated to the residents and addressed in a timely manner. Thank you, Chanell, for making our experience at Harlo Apartments a positive one. Your professionalism and dedication are truly appreciated.
