Maintenance staff is amazing! MARCUS HAS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAS ALWAYS ASSISTED IN A PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER! He is very helpful and I am thankful for his help. Having fast response time to mechanical or maintenance issues is a plus when living in the Encore Townhomes
Scheduled a tour over the phone after clearly explaining exactly what I was looking for—a 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse—and confirmed that I could come the next day during my lunch break since my availability is limited due to work. I received an email confirmation showing my appointment for May 13 at 1:15 PM, so everything appeared set.
I arrived at 1:20 PM only to be told I wasn’t in their system and no appointment had been scheduled. To make matters worse, I was then informed that the exact unit I specifically asked about wasn’t even available in the first place.
So not only was the appointment mishandled, but the information I was given from the start was completely inaccurate. They wasted an hour of my lunch break due to poor organization and lack of communication. If this is how prospective tenants are treated before even signing a lease, it doesn’t inspire much confidence in how current tenants are handled. And the nice little cherry on top is that gas is like $6.80 for premium right now and I just wasted 80 miles of gas 40 there 40 back. So I would like to thank you for saving me $2600 a month in rent Cause I’ll be giving that to someone else
Excellent townhomes with exceptional service and staff! Dafney, Dayna, Deann and Jennifer were extremely helpful in responding to all of our needs and requests. 5 Stars but wish I could give more! 💫
Rude & unwelcoming. I’ve reached out several times and was rudely told to keep checking back. After seeing availability online, I walked in and was rudely told the unit was not available, however, I could be shown another unit after I mentioned several times I wasn’t interested in another unit because it wouldn’t be convenient. No interest in my visit was shown. I spoke to the woman in the left corner as soon as you walk into the office, she was not very friendly. I’ve also communicated with Jennifer, not sure if it’s the same woman because the one in office didn’t introduce herself, but Jennifer was not welcoming or friendly either. As much as I loved the floor plans, I’m no longer interested in waiting for what I wanted because of staff. Looking elsewhere.

My husband and I absolutely love living at Encore! Truly, I don’t know what kind of magic they’re running over here, but every single time we’ve had an issue, it’s handled within a day.
Everyone is so kind, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. It never feels like you’re “bothering” anyone. Dafney, the manager and the maintenance team deserve a standing ovation.
It’s such a good feeling knowing that if something comes up, it’ll be taken care of quickly and with a smile.
