  My family and I moved here to Michigan a little over a year ago, and we couldn’t ask for a better place to live. The community is nice, quiet and friendly, a perfect area to have our kids. Including, the gym and the surrounding area, Marius, does a great job with keeping the community fun and up beat, with activities, food trucks and providing overall great customer service for everyone, no matter the ethnicity. My family and I are truly grateful and thankful to be here at somerset👍🏾👍🏾

  Spoke with the property manager about my AC being broken while I’m 23 weeks pregnant and he had it fixed immediately and changed my whole day around. Couldn’t be more grateful

  I lived at Somerset Park Apartments for three years, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The community is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The management and maintenance teams are always professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever assistance is needed. The amenities are excellent and are kept in great condition, making everyday living comfortable and enjoyable. The location is another huge advantage, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and other daily necessities. One of the best features is that the community is located in an area with top-rated schools, which makes it an excellent choice for families. The apartment also has convenient transportation and bus facilities, making commuting much easier. I highly recommend Somerset Park Apartments to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-managed place to live. My three years here were truly enjoyable, and I appreciate the great service and welcoming community.

  The apartment is not in good condition. The bathrooms are outdated, the basement is dirty, and the paint job is poorly done. Appliances are old. Other than the excellent school district, I don’t see a good reason to continue staying here.

  One of the best benefits of this apartment is the personal trainer Marius. I was so nervous at first but when I finally went I felt so comfortable. He made me feel welcomed and loved. Working out is not my favorite thing to do, but I feel like I can conquer anything with him. Every week we have a blast. I wouldn't want anyone else helping me.
