  Extremely frustrating experience with LandArc. Trying to get anyone to call you back or actually help resolve an issue feels like a second job in itself. Communication is poor, follow-up is lacking, and getting a straightforward answer or any meaningful assistance takes far more effort than it should. Dealing with an HOA can already be frustrating enough, but a property management company should be there to help facilitate the process and make communication between homeowners and the HOA easier. In my experience, LandArc does the opposite. Instead of helping navigate issues or providing clear guidance, they add another layer of frustration to an already difficult process. For a company whose entire purpose is property and community management, responsiveness and basic customer service should not be this difficult.

  Miriam is pleasant, diligent and thorough. Though she has very limited authority to answer customers’ HOA problems she gave me good assurances that long overdue requests would at least be directed to those who can provide action.

  Have been trying to get in contact with a company to resolve neighbors neglecting to maintain their property and you get routed to a phone call third-party service. I have not had any resolution and it has been weeks. I have emailed customer service continually told that the manager of my account will call me back without any follow up.

  Dealing with a leak caused by a neighboring unit is a very stressful situation and unfortunate that damages were caused to my unit. I was able to call the emergency line and had Greg come out to the scene quickly. It was a big leak and Greg was very thorough and precise with taking pictures for the report and figuring the cause of the leak upstairs. He was able to schedule a team to come out the very next morning to start repairs.

  This is an abysmal company. It’s a shame I can’t give them a negative star review. They don’t even deserve a zero. I was verbally assaulted by one of their vendors. He called me racist slurs, and accused me of being drunk because he thought I came too close to his truck when I was parking . it was 10 AM and I was coming back from Kroger‘s with groceries. I was so far from his truck that my proximity warning system didn’t even go off. He told me to stop the three martini lunches. I filed a formal complaint with LandArc and they have done nothing. Absolutely nothing. The repugnant vendor is still on site. They also refused to do anything about my decimated front porch steps and the lawn that has been clay for five years. They are utterly awful.
