  I spoke with Gwendolyn at length about how my property manager did not direct the landscapers that she contracted to address the property damage when they burnt my lawn due to a double application of chemicals on May 19th of this year. I have video evidence and documentation and she told me how to escalate this to avoid costly remedies. I've had three landscaping companies come out and quoted sod, soil removal, chemical removal, and confirmed some of the green that is growing back after 40 days is an invasive weed called nutledge. Two different landscapers confirmed this. She told me to send the documentation which I have video proof, date stamped of the property damage I suffered and email where your property manager does not address my concerns. The landscaper never came to discuss this with me or look at the lawn. Gwendolyn calmed me down with her kindness and promised me that when I send in my letter with all the video proof of the property damage that this would be properly addressed and resolved; she gave me hope and she was very patient and kind.

  LandArc Management has been a breath of fresh air! Our new Community Manager, Shari Freeman, has been absolutely exceptional. We dealt with water in our basement for years. The previous management company authorized three different “repairs” that cost the Association thousands of dollars, yet none of them actually solved the problem. Within just three months of LandArc taking over, Shari took the time to investigate the issue, identified the real cause, and had it properly corrected. It’s now been six months, and for the first time in years, our basement has remained completely dry! Shari’s dedication, professionalism, and determination to find the right solution instead of a quick fix have made all the difference. We couldn’t be happier with LandArc Management and highly recommend them!
