  Lucero Pineda was wonderful to work with! I reached out regarding a huge tree limb out front that needed attention, and the issue was taken care of very promptly. I really appreciated the quick response, great communication, and how smoothly everything was handled. Thank you, Lucero, for your help and excellent service!

  This 5 star review is solely based on Robin Marlote’s actions in regards to my issues. On 8/17/26 at 2:09 P.M., I called K-T and the call was answered by Robin. For the FIRST TIME EVER, I felt that I was actually being heard by someone at K-T. After dealing with K-T for over 15 years, 5 at this location (had I known they were the management company here, I would NEVER have moved here.) I called K-T because of an on-going financial issues with their accounting services and the fact that they had closed my latest query for account correction. Robin actually did research into the issue, noted my unanswered questions, explaining why they had closed that particular query and listened. He made notes, keeping me in the loop about the notes he was adding. He was very attentive and when I finished talking to him I felt assured that he had done all that he could do to assist me with my K-T issues. Even if I never get a resolution to my account issues, which is likely, based on past performance, I believe 100% that if K-T had more employees like Robin, it would be a better, more efficient company. Thank you, Robin!

  You only talk to an automated system and never a real person. Very poor customer service for our condo association. It has been over 3 days since notifying someone of the leak in our roof and still no one has called to even begin the process.

  No updates or info. However the issue regarding bats that needs to be addressed has had pricing for weeks according to the bat company that came out. No one is giving them the go ahead. Someone needs to do something. I'm sure one of the local news channels could get it done
