  I am a resident of the Highlands at Adams Woods. Our KT representative is Alina Eisenbach, she is fantastic!! I am a homeowner and volunteer to oversee a number of areas: all landscaping/tree work, pest control, irrigation and Architectural Requests from homeowners. I work directly with Alina regarding those areas. She responds quickly and solves problems whenever I need her assistance. There is no question that she takes pride in her work! I feel we are very fortunate to have Alina as our KT representative.

  The BEST part of having Kramer Triad as our Management Company is our property manager Jillian Price. She is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. If she is unsure of an issue she will do the research and get back to us ASAP. I applaud Kramer Triad for hiring this fabulous staff member.

  I had a great experience working with Colleen Buha at Kramer Triad. As a real estate agent, I truly value responsiveness and professionalism and Colleen delivered on both fronts every single time. Every call and email was answered promptly, and she never left me waiting for answers when I needed them most. What set her apart is her genuine willingness to help and the ability to provide practical, thoughtful solutions to any situation that came up.

  Submitted a maintenance request on 9/28/23 for rodents in my ceiling chewing on floor boards, walls, and wires and pipes around my gas dryer. Sent at least five follow-up requests with photos. Finally they sent a vendor on 4/7/26 who found the source of entry and submitted a repair estimate. This is not a difficult job. Now it's all tied up in red tape and trying to get it approved. Terrible. I hope I don't have a gas leak. Notified fire department last week just in case
