  Poor service. As a board member, my experience working with property manager Weata Powell has been unsatisfactory. She has not consistently followed through on the community’s needs, communicated effectively with board members, or provides the necessary information in a timely manner. Instead, she often offers excuses.

  As a roofing vendor for KT Management, I’ve enjoyed working with Weata P. on a large roofing project. She does an outstanding job communicating between our team and the Board, while demonstrating patience, professionalism, and strong industry knowledge. I truly appreciate working with Weata and the entire KT team and look forward to future projects together.

  Jamessa has done a great job at supporting our HOA in Detroit! In particular, she was incredibly persistent in resolving an issue with the water department, that required her to make all kinds of callbacks and get really creative in terms of contacting different city departments to push for a resolution.

  I would like to recognize Gwendolyn at Kramer-Triad Management Group for her outstanding service and support. I live at Roundtree in Troy, and I had been dealing with an issue that no one had been able to help me resolve for quite some time. From the moment Gwendolyn became involved, everything changed. She went above and beyond to assist me, stayed on top of every detail, and consistently followed up throughout the process. She even called me several times a day to make sure everything was progressing smoothly and that my concerns were being addressed. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for residents are truly exceptional. It’s rare to find someone who is so committed to helping others and seeing an issue through to resolution.   Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They mistakenly withdrew my HOA dues twice from my account, and I had to make multiple calls over a period of more than three months to try to resolve the issue. Each time I contacted them, I was told that a credit had been issued, yet the problem remained unresolved. In the end, rather than correcting their mistake, they waited until our HOA transitioned to a new management company and then directed me to contact the new company for assistance. After months of delays, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises, they simply passed the issue on for someone else to handle.
