  I recently moved out of Legends Morgan Farms, and I already miss it. My time there was such a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home. The resident events are always enjoyable, especially those that bring in local businesses and create such a friendly, social atmosphere. The office staff and maintenance team are all kind, helpful, and accommodating. They truly go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of and that requests are handled promptly. I wouldn’t change a thing about my experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful community with an amazing team, Legends Morgan Farms is definitely a must-see here in TC!

  We’re getting ready to move into our new home! 🏡 We’ve been at Legends Morgan Farms while my husband and I built our home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home during that time. Our building process came with its share of complications, but the leasing team was always understanding and willing to work with us through the stressful moments. We’re so thankful for their kindness and support. Now that our home is finally complete, we’re excited for this next chapter. Thank you, Legends Morgan Farms, for making our time here so great and creating so many wonderful memories. We’ll definitely miss all the get-togethers, the friendships we’ve made, and everyone here. We’re grateful for our time here and will miss you all! ❤️🏡

  Living at Legends Morgan Farms has been such a great experience. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like luxury living in Traverse City. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities really elevate day-to-day life. The staff in the leasing office is always friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home and welcomed. They also host fun and unique resident events, which makes it feel like a real community. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an upscale living experience!

  This is a great community! As we have been here for almost a year we can honestly say that we are thrilled with how easy our move -in went and also how positive the experience has been thus far. The office staff is friendly, welcoming and efficient. The maintenance team is great too. We are proof that you can’t believe everything you read online. We read reviews on many TC apartments before narrowing it down to 2 places and finally decided that no place will make everyone 100% happy. We’ve also lived in apartments for over 7 yrs now and apartment living isn’t for everyone but we love Legends Morgan Farms and all the great things they have to offer. Since we were looking for long-term as we get closer to retirement, we are completely satisfied! Thank you Legends Morgan Farms!

  My apartment is very nice. I love the modern finishes and the location is perfect; close to downtown, walking trails and beaches. .The property manages are great too.
