Chelsea Park has been an overall pleasant experience. The location is peaceful and having access to the trail has been awesome for me and my dog. She is a bit of a handful, but is a service animal, and I am thankful to have not received one complaint from the office. On that note, the individuals working in the office are very kind and work hard to come up with fun activities to get the community together. My rating is generally because of the price. I believe that they should be replacing appliances more frequently. I will give a shout-out to the maintenance team as the person on-call is always right on the job within 30-45 mins addressing whatever needs fixing, even on the weekend. I can see that the noise issues have likely been a situation since upgrading most of the floors from carpet to vinyl. One thing that is mildly frustrating is their appliance package add-on requirement which a Spectrum bulk account. After talking to a representative at Spectrum it is clear CPW is overcharging for this service by close to $150/mo. Furthermore you can’t opt out of this add-on, granted you would have a difficult time going on your own to get internet seeing as though the spectrum bulk account is already set up.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The move-in process was incredibly easy and seamless from start to finish. The apartment itself is beautiful, and the community is just as impressive. Teresa and Kristi are also truly AMAZING! They are both incredibly professional, kind, welcoming, and genuinely go above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of. Their communication, helpfulness, and positive attitudes made me feel welcomed from the very beginning. It’s clear that they truly care about the residents and take pride in what they do. I am SO happy I chose to call this place home! If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend it. Between the beautiful community and the incredible staff you truly couldn’t ask for a better experience.
