  Lot rent very high. No real amenities. Small area for children to play but close to high traffic area. Staff lazy. Staff doesn't take care of grounds except for driving a cart first thing in the morning and picking up small pieces of paper. Streets flood very badly all the way up into yard. They won't trim the trees. They expect tenants to do it. Lot rent rises extremely every year. Streets flood often, nothing done to correct this. Called numerous times, they don't care. But I'm sure they get their pay raises. Our lot rent goes up every year at least $50

  It is a quiet place but lot rent is way to high I am a senior on a fixed income pretty soon I will not be able to afford it so sad it hits us senior bad every year lot rent goes up 50 dollars more need to come down in this lot rent or quit raising it all the time maintenance don't do a thing when I first moved it the play area look nice and in front of office look nice now it looks bad they don't even do the landscaping anymore I wished I would of went to the one out in Canton the lot rent was really cheap and much cleaner and nicer looking
