Robbinwood Villa has been a joyous experience the past two years since the Leona has taken over. I see her here in and out of the community all the time. She has built a team that truly cares about the community and has had monthly events to bring us together as a community that we never did prior. She has gotten rid of so many deplorable homes and “bad apples” that has impacted our community in such a positive way. Her and her team will stop while in the community and simple say hello and thank those that keep their homes and yards beautiful. I have noticed so many people decorating their yards and homes and it’s fantastic! The teams compassion for our community makes us compassionate about doing better. I and many neighbors have spoken about how proud we are to call Robbinwood our home and no longer embarrassed to have company over. We notice and hope Leona and her team stay for a very long time. It’s a calming feeling knowing that we can count on her and her team to do the right thing all the time. Inspire day was amazing. We seen everyone out there lending a hand making our community beautiful. Bravo and Thank you! We appreciate it!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Robbinwood Villa! From the beautiful and well-maintained property to the welcoming atmosphere, everything made my experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The community is peaceful, clean, and has a great overall vibe. Toneshia was especially amazing! She was professional, friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure all of my questions were answered and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and confident. Her communication and customer service truly stood out to me. I would definitely recommend Robbinwood Villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to call home. Toneshia deserves a special shoutout for making the experience such a positive one! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Me and my husband have lived here going on 2 years now and I have to say i absolutely love it here, not only are the staff in the office so friendly and welcoming but they also are very caring and understanding and supportive with all their residents. The maintenance crew are also so friendly and respectful, any time we’ve needed assistance from them they are on top of the job and always address whatever needs attention in a timely manner. We truly are grateful to be apart of such a wonderful community and plan to be here for years to come. I want to give a special Thank you to Neisha she’s been so amazing and helpful! Also thank you to the Robbinwood Villa team for all you do and all your support! Larie Boyda & Ken Dismore
