They will make up stuff to steal more money. Low water pressure in the kitchen. Won't fix it. Bathroom shower are dangerous for kids. I can only speak for myself.

I need to update my review to reflect the opinion of me living here for at least 3 months. I can still say that what is said about maintenance and people saying they take too long is not true at all. It's people saying that who don't understand the process of how many work orders this place receives daily and having only 4 maintenance people I believe. But I have had two things broken since I've moved in and it is not a unexpected amount of time depending on what is broken. Obviously your not going to get a light bulb changed out the same day when someone needs a new fridge or they lose their food. I mean priority calls people. But my experience has been pleasant and everything has been taken care of in a timely manner. This is not speculation but facts. Also it is quite and I never get woken up by any loud cars or vehicles or anything like that and I sleep until around 11am because of working second shift. Also remember there is two apartment complexes at this location with townhomes in the back. But there are different apartments at the same location so people are probably getting two different places confused as well so you can't really trust most reviews. My review is for maple grove as I posted on maple grove. I don't live in Maple Creek that is located in the front part of the same property and are smaller and older apartments. So also take that into consideration. Maple Grove is more updated and nicer and more expensive. So take that into consideration as well. So I know what I'm talking about and listen too this truthful review for maple grove apartments. We have washer and dryers in our apartment which means I have my own laundry room inside my apartment. So it's actually a small 3 bedroom. It added an extra 100 square feet so I'm at 1,000 square feet for a two bedroom. The setups are normal setups but nicer color carpet. Not the che I was going to ap brown but a lighter carpet.
