  If you value your safety and your time, think carefully before renting here. Management does not communicate with residents about work being done on the property. Window replacements last year — no notice. Exterior work two mornings in a row this week — no notice. Last spring, sprinkler work ran during the day without warning, physically blocking me inside the building and causing me to miss a medical appointment. In the winter, walkways are not cleared in any reasonable timeframe. The path to the trash area is a liability — consistently icy with no urgency from management to address it. Worse, an evicted resident continues to appear on the property every single day. I have raised concerns about retaliation directly with management. Nothing has been done. This is not about inconvenience — it is about basic safety and respect for the people who live here. Management has consistently failed on both fronts.

  I thank Christopher for all that he does, he did a great job both times last year at Thanksgiving and this time Easter he was so friendly and had a smile when he came out he also double checked to make sure the problem was solved he deserved 5 more stars THANK YOU SO MUCH DONNA

  Do not move here under any circumstances. My roommate and I have had 2 attempted vehicle thefts in the last 9 months. I have filled out maintenance requests with no reply to the point where I had to fix my door latch because my door would not stay closed. Please save yourself and do not move here.
