  Appointment was set but unfortunately I was running behind due to the distance and traffic. I attempted to phone the leasing office but got the AI Bot which wasn't helpful because it didn’t have my appointment in the system. I emailed the agent who set the appointment as I was en route told me I needed to reschedule. The location is 40min for my home and I was less than 15min away which meant I was also 15min. I decided to go anyway since the gas was already spent to get out here only to see the cleaning lady in the building and the door was locked after 9am. A gentleman pulled up after me and someone came and unlocked the door for him. I believe in customer service and good communication. The rep who set the appointment did good on both but fell short of follow-through. If a potential client is running late state that appointments don't have grace periods. Because the email stated if anything changed let us know and I did just that but I was met with automatic replies and a rescheduled appointment that I canceled 😞 it seems like a beautiful community that I would've enjoyed but on first impression of customer service I'll have to pass for now.

  Lived here for years. They suck with maintenance and half fix everything. If you’re late on rent they add on another $1000, then they won’t accept any payment unless you have the full $2000 and they will also lock you out of your apartment. The neighbors are nosey and will call the police if you’re even standing outside by your car.

  Been a resident at lakeside for almost 7 months and I love the community. Very peaceful and the office is very active with the community with hosting events and making sure you feel at home. Would recommend family and friends to move here!

  Been living here since December and been enjoying it so much. Stacey and everyone has been so great and I’m enjoying the pool party they are hosting currently!

  The leasing office employee Melissa was incredibly helpful with the process and definitely deserves a shoutout. The place itself is pretty nice compared to some others in the same price range. Being near a lake is also a plus since I’ve started fishing as a hobby. All in all, a solid place for the price.
