  I’ve had a great experience here. The community is well maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. Definitely a place I would recommend to others looking for a new home.

  It has now been a complete week without my family and myself being able to get a decent night's sleep because of a host of critters constantly clawing, screaming, and running thru my walls and attic. Your pest control person came to my unit Monday May 11th and said that's crazy I've never heard that much noise in the wall before and I will let the office know that this needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY!! So for this much time to have elapsed and nothing be done but send out a maintenance person to see if he could hear himself and never even in come in the unit because my neighbor was outside overhearing and said yes you hear stuff in the walls all night long is ridiculous. What's even more infuriating is you canceled the work order, and this is the same exact issue I reported to you in May of 2025. It's clear that no preventative maintenance of remediation has occurred since then because it's the same issue a year later. This shows not only a lack of compassion, but a clear negligent failure to maintain the property and make timely repairs when necessary which we all know is common practice at Sutton Place. Even when those repairs are a clear emergency situation that you could have resolved on May 11th. There is no reason or excuse for this problem not to be solved, but not only does it still persist there hasn't even been an actionable plan communicated or put in place. This would not be ok if I was staying here for free, so for my kids to be scared to sleep at night and I'm paying the better part of 3k every month is deplorable. There is no reason you can give me as to why I have to wait months or years in some cases for repairs to be made.

  This is thee WORST place to live. Do yourself a huge favor and save yourself a headache and do not move here. Literally get an apartment anywhere else and it’ll be a better choice. Management is an absolute joke and non existent. They charge you $25 a month for garbage pick up but garbage doesn’t get picked up on the scheduled days and then they try to fine you when the garbage is left out. The parking lot is full of pot holes that are damaging cars and they do absolutely nothing about it. The basements flood and ruin your stuff. Not to mention if they evict someone they just pile all their stuff in the basement and never get rid of it. Maintenance is impossible. Nothing will ever ever ever get fixed and then they charge you for it when you move out. No utilities are included anymore either while they continue to raise rent every year and do nothing to improve the grounds. Don’t get me started on the dying trees and branches that fall on your car and damage it.

  My rent went from $1,150 when I moved in to now $1,690 and yet the ENTIRE community is falling apart, trash has been EVERYWHERE every year, they've now made all the bills combined with your building so everyone's now paying a split. So if I use $10 in gas or water but my neighbor used $90 we both now pay 50/50 so this apartment complex can just hoard more money and fix absolutely NOTHING. Read every one star review because the 5 stars are written by staff. The one stars show you exactly what you're going to deal with and for this kinda money you'd think you were living in better conditions! Sewage issues Basement mold and flooding Rodent problems Flooding issues into homes themselves Police constantly here Pools always closed or not monitored Gyms never open or broken equipment Trash everywhere Sloppy apartment fixes The list goes on!
