    Management and staff frequent changes. Can’t get a hold of the correct office members. Run from this place, don’t walk. Don’t come on here commenting a standard response because you don’t care about satisfaction of residents.

    I want to be fair and say that maintenance has been responsive and does address requests in a timely manner, which I appreciate. One thing I do like is that the apartments are big and spacious, which is definitely a plus. There’s a lot of potential here, and with some improvements, this could be an even better place to live. However, there are several concerns that make living here frustrating. One major issue is the fitness center no longer being open 24 hours. For residents who work during the day, mornings, or have busy schedules, having limited gym hours makes it difficult to actually enjoy and use the amenities we pay for. Another concern is that the community feels very restrictive overall, with many rules and limitations that make it harder to feel comfortable and fully enjoy living here. The biggest issue, though, is the utility billing. The utility costs have become outrageous. It would be much more fair if tenants were charged based on actual individual usage rather than shared or building-wide costs. Utilities being over $300 on top of rent is excessive and honestly takes away from the affordability many people expect with apartment living. Overall, the property has some strong positives, especially the spacious apartments and responsive maintenance, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

    It has now been a complete week without my family and myself being able to get a decent night's sleep because of a host of critters constantly clawing, screaming, and running thru my walls and attic. Your pest control person came to my unit Monday May 11th and said that's crazy I've never heard that much noise in the wall before and I will let the office know that this needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY!! So for this much time to have elapsed and nothing be done but send out a maintenance person to see if he could hear himself and never even in come in the unit because my neighbor was outside overhearing and said yes you hear stuff in the walls all night long is ridiculous. What's even more infuriating is you canceled the work order, and this is the same exact issue I reported to you in May of 2025. It's clear that no preventative maintenance of remediation has occurred since then because it's the same issue a year later. This shows not only a lack of compassion, but a clear negligent failure to maintain the property and make timely repairs when necessary which we all know is common practice at Sutton Place. Even when those repairs are a clear emergency situation that you could have resolved on May 11th. There is no reason or excuse for this problem not to be solved, but not only does it still persist there hasn't even been an actionable plan communicated or put in place. This would not be ok if I was staying here for free, so for my kids to be scared to sleep at night and I'm paying the better part of 3k every month is deplorable. There is no reason you can give me as to why I have to wait months or years in some cases for repairs to be made.
