- SFSophie Formanek2 days ago1.0The ceiling in my building has been leaking for months. I’ve called multiple times and nobody has been able to fix it. The ceiling is falling apart and it starts to leak again every time it rains. I came home one night and a huge piece of the ceiling was on the ground and it took multiple phone calls for someone to come clean it up. I’m not sure why it’s been so hard for them to solve this issue,

Recently, she had a medical emergency and we were able to work with Jason (the Property Manager) and through him the ownership of the property to assist my sister-in-law with her recovery. He was able to secure approval from ownership to allow ADA adjustments to her apartment which will enable her to continue to live there safely. Jason's attention and willingness to go the extra mile are truly appreciated by my sister-in-law and the entire family. A big thank you is owed to Jason!
