  My sister-in-law has lived at Kensington for years and she has had a wonderful experience there. Recently, she had a medical emergency and we were able to work with Jason (the Property Manager) and through him the ownership of the property to assist my sister-in-law with her recovery. He was able to secure approval from ownership to allow ADA adjustments to her apartment which will enable her to continue to live there safely. Jason's attention and willingness to go the extra mile are truly appreciated by my sister-in-law and the entire family. A big thank you is owed to Jason!

  From a Tour perspective only: Lakira was amazing and gave an excellent tour of the property. She explained the application process thoroughly and answered all my questions. The property and clubhouse looks great.

  Just moved in but already can’t say enough good things about this place. Staff is amazing friendly and professional, maintenance is quick and communicative, and the grounds are to die for especially the pool and hot tub spa. 10-10 recommend, this place will be my home for the long haul very happy here.

  Lakira provided the best apartment tour I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived at Kensington Beverly Hills Apartments, she stood out for her genuine warmth and kindness. There was another customer in the office when we arrived, so we briefly looked around the common areas. What impressed me most was that Lakira didn’t simply stay behind her desk waiting for us—she came over personally, welcomed us warmly, and made us feel comfortable right away. In my experience, many leasing agents are professional and polite, but their interactions can sometimes feel scripted or transactional. Lakira was different. Her friendliness felt completely genuine and sincere. She made us feel valued, relaxed, and truly at home throughout the entire visit. While the apartments themselves did not fully meet what we were looking for, our experience with Lakira was exceptional. Her customer service, professionalism, and authentic care for people are truly remarkable. She is an outstanding representative of the community and sets a standard that others in the industry could learn from. Thank you, Lakira, for making our visit such a memorable and positive experience.
