  I have asked repeatedly for over a month to seal off entry ways and to clean the mouse droppings behind my stove but I walked in my apartment today and NOTHING was done. This is unsanitary and a health hazard confirmed by Orkin. I am heated because I already have to have my pet locked up in a crate for hours only for maintenance not to do anything. This is no shade to the office staff because they’re very nice but the maintenance staff is trash.

  The experience was good, the lady that showed the apartment to me was very professional & courteous. She explained the prices for the different layouts & gave me her card in case I had any more questions. I am choosing the Crossroads apartment complex, though I won't need to move until January.

  Worst customer service and management. My friends have been complaining about the air conditioning for over two months, but the issue still has not been fixed. Their electricity bill reached around $650 even though the apartment is still extremely hot. Instead of taking responsibility, the leasing staff told them to turn off the air conditioner and use fans. I was considering leasing an apartment here, but after seeing how poorly they handle serious maintenance problems, I will definitely not. Very disappointing experience. Worst customer service..

  I have found my new home! Two Tuesdays ago I drove my grandson to Lansing Community College for orientation. Afterward we took a tour of his apartment. After seeing it I vowed I would not settle for less for myself. After going on a tour with Laura Abousamra at your Southfield location I felt that I'd found my home with the same amenities as my grandson's. I applied and I paid the application fee. I've spent this weekend gathering the required documentation regarding income, etc. I will submit that tomorrow and hopefully I'll be accepted and will move shortly after. Thank you for the care you evidently put into your property. I saw the renovations for the new office space and the other changes you are making to the leasing office.   I toured this property with prospects for a move in October and once I met the office staff, I knew this would be a top contender. Mike went into great detail with the all the renovations happening both in the Leasing office/club house and the property itself. The unit I toured was a 2 bedroom updated unit, and my goodness it was gorgeous! New stainless steel appliances, carpet in the bedrooms, select units having a stacked washer/dryer combo, beautifully redone bathrooms, and the living space as a whole screamed luxury without the insane price. While no utilities are included in the rent amount, Mike laid out how easy it will be to keep track of them and how they are billed, and if you move from one apartment to another, you have a good idea of what your usage already is to budget with. I will absolutely be re-touring closer to my moving date to make a final decision, but I highly recommend this property and work with Mike, he was fantastic, welcoming, and had answers to every question I had! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
