  This place is one of the worst places my family has ever stayed. There are roaches that keep coming back. The maintenance and staff do not respond to emails or calls. They say they fix things when in reality they don’t even come in. Thought giving the new management a try would work. But would probably say they might be worse than the other people. If you’re looking to move here, don’t stay away. Try somewhere else. Saying it as someone who has been here a year, make a good choice for your family and don’t live here.

  Steve and his team is what makes this place a 100/10. Their communication is great and the work that they put in is even better. I’ve been here for many years and this is the absolute best this place has been. The community is very peaceful and quiet. This is a great place to call home.

  After reading the reviews I’m glad I’m not the only one who’s noticed the smoke problem. Just the other day while on a walk we watched someone light a joint and smoke it right in the parking lot. It was very apparent by the strong Oder and we know this breaks lease policy. This doesn’t even address the cigarette smoke problem. People will be smoking in shared common areas as well as putting many belongings as well as them just leaving golf carts right in walkways and in front of buildings. There are tire marks literally dug through the entirety of the property. Every single Saturday and Sunday the trash bins are overflowing like it’s the ghetto in Detroit. Like other have said they literally just don’t respond to maintenance requests. The people in leasing are nice and can probably only do so much so I just feel bad for them. I’d definitely look anywhere else if you’re looking for a clean environment with proper maintenance.

  A great place to live………as long as you do not have any repair issues or problems. Staff sounds very caring but are probably so overwhelmed with problems that nothing really gets addressed.

  Shawne, Becky, and Rachel are amazing!! They really went above and beyond to ensure that things were perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough.
