  Steve and his team is what makes this place a 100/10. Their communication is great and the work that they put in is even better. I’ve been here for many years and this is the absolute best this place has been. The community is very peaceful and quiet. This is a great place to call home.

  A great place to live………as long as you do not have any repair issues or problems. Staff sounds very caring but are probably so overwhelmed with problems that nothing really gets addressed.

  Steve and the maintenance staff are exceptional they always go the extra mile to ensure my home is in excellent condition when it comes to maintenance.
