  Olivia is an excellent realtor! She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything throughout the entire process and is easy to reach when a random question comes up. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are ready for listing your house and provides great insight and suggestions to help make sure things are ready for the market. She made my experience an absolute breeze and I would highly recommend her to any seller or buyer! You will not be disappointed in the high level quality of service that she provides.

  Olivia was absolutely amazing to work with! We were searching for the perfect rental home for our family, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure we found the right place. No matter the time of day, Olivia kept us updated every step of the way and was always there to answer any questions we had. She made what can be a stressful process feel smooth, easy, and even exciting.   I had the pleasure of buying my first house with Olivia's father, Dave, back in 2020. In 2026, I decided to sell and move, and asked Olivia for her help on this transaction. And I couldn't have asked a better person. I met Olivia on February 11th, and we just closed today on April 17th, about two months later. And it would have been faster if I didn't have two trips dragging me out of the country in the middle of the sale. Olivia put in so much work to make this transaction so fast and smooth, and she handled just about everything. The photos and videos she coordinated for came out fantastically, and the open house she immediately hosted was a huge success that overwhelmed the neighborhood. The house sold for very much over asking, and Olivia was there every step of the way and always available to answer my questions and guide me on my first home sale. I don't know if I'll buy / sell again, but if I do, Olivia is my first choice. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family, and I'd highly recommend her to you if you're able to get on her busy schedule.

  We sold this house because my mom has dementia and could no longer take care of herself. This was an amazing journey! I found Olivia and her dad’s postcard in the mail and emailed or called. We had tried to find other realtors thru family, no luck. She responded right away. We had lots of stuff to get rid of !!1 Olivia had all the answers, all of the answers, from the possible estate sellers, to the dumpster, to the painter, the plumber and the electrician!! And a roofer to fix minor issues. My mom owned this house since 1974 and there were many issues, with the city and permits,…(not her control) but she was very very patient with us. She understood what we should spend and when not to overspend!! like the broken cabinet door mirrors in the master BR. I was in tears today after the closing. She priced it right and it sold above asking!! She found the right buyers(who had a family)at the right price!! Her dad who I never met trained and raised her well. Very honest and personable, humble, even offering her husband for the heavy work!! Thank you!!
