  We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Olivia while buying our first home. I originally reached out to her because her father helped my parents purchase two homes and, along with Olivia, partnered with him to sell my grandma’s home, so I already knew our family had great experiences with them. Olivia was always my first choice, but my fiancé and I initially worked with a realtor who was a friend of his. After a really difficult experience that did not feel like the right fit, I reached back out to Olivia and I am so glad I did. From the beginning, Olivia was quick to respond and always made time to fit our busy schedules so we could see homes. She fought for us when it came to offers and always made us feel like we were her top priority. What really sets Olivia apart is that she is not just knowledgeable about real estate, she is someone you can trust and feel comfortable with throughout the entire process. She was always honest with us and never pushed us toward something that was not right. If a house was not a good fit, she would tell us. She helped us think about our future, not just the house in the moment, including things like space for kids one day, having practical features like a bathtub for future babies or a dishwasher, and even making sure it would work for our puppy. Buying your first home can feel overwhelming and scary, but Olivia made the entire process feel much easier. She helped us feel confident and excited instead of stressed. I truly could not imagine buying a house with anyone else. We will absolutely use Olivia again in the future and recommend her to all of our family and friends. Thank you Olivia for everything you do and for helping us find our first home.

  We didn’t have the best experience with realtors that were friends of mine. So to say I was skeptical when my fiancé said “let’s use my friend Olivia” after everything that unfolded was an understatement. I’ve never been happier that I was so wrong. From the moment I met Olivia I was very impressed with her whole process. On top of being an amazing human being, Olivia is incredibly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the real estate industry. She also has an abundance of experienced resources that help calm any storm that may come up. She always took the time to answer all my questions and was very patient with us the whole time. The whole house hunting process from initial consultation to closing on our first house was efficient without sacrificing any personal touch. I cannot recommend Olivia enough! We will always use her moving forward. Thank you Olivia for everything you helped us with. We appreciate you and everything you’ve done for us more than you know!!

  Olivia is an excellent realtor! She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything throughout the entire process and is easy to reach when a random question comes up. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are ready for listing your house and provides great insight and suggestions to help make sure things are ready for the market. She made my experience an absolute breeze and I would highly recommend her to any seller or buyer! You will not be disappointed in the high level quality of service that she provides.
